Disappointing
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very comfy and pretty good audio quality but I could not get over the fact that the audio was a little muffled/not as clear as my airpod pros. Had to return despite it being better at everything else. For that price point this should not have been an issue at all.

Drowns out all outside noise. If needed, quiet awareness mode allows music enjoyment with the added comfort of safety in your surroundings.

The best out there, and they are. It’s just that the sound quality and noise cancellation does not beat Sony’s. Not by a long shot.

Just to clarify, QuietComfort Headphones do not have touch or swipe controls. These features are available only on QuietComfort Ultra Headphones (1st and 2nd gen).
