I got 2 of this - one from Best Buy and another from different outlet. Both had same issues - if I listen for 10 sec, at least for 1 sec is lost. This with iOS devices (both iPad and iPhone and both are with the latest version of iOS and both are 1 yr older generation). I ended up returning both. I bought another one few months back for my daughter and that one works perfectly. So some batch possibly have faulty BT module or so.

Bought these for mi novio. He loves them. A definite upgrade to his Bose. All the features with great.

These replacement headphones are great. Received them because the QC45 broke and Best Buy sent these to replace them.

I bought these's to compare to my Sony WH-XB900N and the Bose QC were very disappointing for several reasons.. the Bose app is spotting at best of my Z fold4 and Z fold5 phone.. and the over sound is better on my Sonys..plus i had to turn the volume up louder on the Bose QC just to be satisfied with the music i was listening to and thats even with adjusting the EQ.. and the Bose QC over the ear headphones themselves were too small for my ears and would make my hears hurt... Finally i'm not a fan of the Noise canceling technology on any headphones but at least the Sonys allow me to disable that feature and enable the ambient mode so it doesn't feel like i have pressure in my ears... yes i know with the Bose you can enable Aware Mode but its still felt like the Noise canceling was still pressurizing my ears.. So sadly i returned them..

Great headphones ! Exactly what i was looking for.

Bose headphones have good sound quality but when stopping and/or pausing audio playback, a static noise occurs.

I don't if others face this issue or not, but even at 32bit/44,000 hz streaming quality, wired or Bluetooth the speakers crack up at full volume or near to the full volume. Bass is average for now. I'm waiting for its burn in time to complete. Let's see then I'll update this review

Great product, really enjoyed the fact that you can test in-store before purchasing. Would shop at BestBuy again for any future audio product needs.

there was really no noise canceling function in these headphones, they have good sound but a $20 headphone also has good sound and better connectivity.connecting to my phone was not hard but connecting through my phone to use the app was difficult the headphones do feel light but also very delicate like in an instant they could break I did like the hard case that comes with it

Best hadphones, i got them 6 years ago, still performing as the day one, i just changed the ear cushions!

The noise reduction is the best I have experienced with any over-the-air headphones including an older release of this Bose model and Beats Solos

I end up returning it because I already I have another color. The service at the grand river store is epic!
