I like them, but...

However, they frequently make crackling noise and the audio is unintelligible. I have to reconnect to fix it. It seems to happen at random, sometimes shortly after I connect them and sometimes hours later.

Posted .Hello, I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with static. That certainly shouldn't be happening. Have you tried unpairing the headphones and established a new connection? I'd also suggest testing with a variety of other devices to see if the problem follows the headphones. You may also wish to check a wired connection to see if the problem happens when not using Bluetooth.
