They look great, they sound amazing, and the Bluetooth is the most solid I've ever had. The multi connect is awesome. The problem is the microphone. I bought these primarily as a work from home tool, for meetings. They worked fine for a week or two, and then the microphone started fading in and out. It seems to work okay sometimes if I shout, but when talking at a normal volume it either fails to pick up my voice, or my voice is way too quiet. This is the case on window, mac, and Android. I googled a lot and tried changing the self voice setting, but so far nothing works. Bose, please fix this issue! I read many other accounts of the same problem, but no one had a solution.

I'm happy to see that you're loving the sound, Bluetooth connectivity, and look of the headphones.
When using your headphones on calls, please double check that there is nothing obstructing the microphone ports near the hinges of the ear cups. I'd also suggest making sure that the headphones are not leaned too far back when worn. This could reduce pick up response and quality.

When you turn them on the intro sounds very cheap and robotic. They do not get very loud either. I like the variety in color but the sound isnt worth the price.

I am so happy I did! My first use was on a plane with a loud, active young boy in the seat behind me! The noise cancelling allowed me to enjoy my movie and plane ride! I don’t think I would have survived the trip without them!

They cancel noise, and they are comfortable. Love the color, only thing not so great is when talking with other people on them, it feels like they can't hear me due to the noise cancelling.

First, I had to exchange my first pair because it came faulty, the pause button wouldn’t work and music would unpause after pressing it. The biggest issue after exchanging is the static noise. When driving in the car, I kept hearing this popping and thudding static noise in my ears. The sound also happens if I take a heavy step while walking. Bose is one of the highest recommended headphones but I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Why that might not matter: I purchased because these headphones were recommended by my sister. I had to exchange my first pair before finally returning the second. The sound is pretty good if you like a nice even sound rather than deep more bass heavy. They also fit comfortably and fold in a way that doesn’t make me scared of breaking them like my Beats did. However, my sister who uses the headphones at a much lower volume and usually just while walking and sitting doesn’t experience any issues with the popping and thudding static sounds.

I personally like listening to music with a higher volume so the sound leak was very disappointing.
