Shipping was an issue when the car couldnt get in my guardhouse on 1st phone call, they returned product immediately and i had to reorder literally 5 min after delivery attempt. They could have tried one more attempt or waited 5 min for another phone call.

Now I don't have to take them out to hear what my wife or flight attendants are saying.

It’s clearly a very cheap zipper and carrying case despite this being a premium product. Both customer service refused to assist me in any way or provide a replacement. Might be worth looking at a company that stands behind their products.
