The headphones are nice, I just wish the sound was a little louder

While we would advise general caution when it comes to excessive volumes, what you can do is make sure the volume on your mobile device (if separate) is turned up sufficiently. Drowns out all outside noise. If needed, quiet awareness mode allows music enjoyment with the added comfort of safety in your surroundings.

The best out there, and they are. It’s just that the sound quality and noise cancellation does not beat Sony’s. Not by a long shot.
