If your QuietComfort Headphones aren't giving you enough bass, don't forget to use the Equalizer in the Bose app. Just go to the headphones' home screen, then tap on the "EQ" shortcut button, where you can try the "Bass Boost" preset. She has since used them continually for work, some travel and really day to day use since she received them. She's super happy with them. I'm a Sony fan, but she never liked those, but prefers these over those. So as they say, happy wife, happy life!
