Best headphones ever - and the battery life is amazing. Took a 2 hour flight and the battery only went from 100% to 90%.

Wife loves these for the gym. Great sound, clear punchy bass, and one of the best noise cancellation systems on the market. We only dropped 1 star as the user would have to press the ear cups to keep them somewhat secure and in place, because the headband tends to fall or move if you dont do this.

I really like my new Bose headphones, just what I wanted! We travel some and flights will be so much more enjoyable! I can also listen to tunes while mowing lawn! Got on sale and well worth the money

if you’re looking to buy these, they’re all right. I bought them at a discount and for the price i got them they’re just all right. You can connect to multiple devices and change the eq in the app but if you do you will get like a little static noise and it’s really annoying. Sound quality is good, Noise Canceling is decent and Comfort is a 8/10

The sound quality of the headphones is phenomenal. The voice clarity is clear, no distortion. I would highly recommend if your I the market for a pair of noise cancelling headphones.

Love the sound quality and how light they are. Only draw back is they dont auto power off and i am terrible at remember to click the switch

While these were very clearly open box (as in, the box was ripped open), the headphones themselves were in perfect condition. I can sit in the same room with my partner with the tv going and not hear it at all with the noise cancelling on. 10/10 recommend

This product is outstanding, its amazing noise cancellation is perfect when outside, it blocks off unnecessary noise and the sound is absolutely great.

Incredible headphones. Sounds amazing. Unfortunately I had an issue with the charger and it caused the headphones to no longer charge. Customer support was quick and efficient. I received a replacement pair within days. Bose definitely acquired a repeat customer!

I’m rating the shipping and handling of my package 1 star: First, the package was delivered 2 days after the supposed delivery date (I was alerted of this at 10pm of said date). Second, the original Bose box packaging came open/torn and someone had obviously tried to reseal it. Third, the headphones arrived turned on and at 50%. I’m just hoping the product itself wasn’t tampered with. I rate the actual headphones 3 stars: The noise cancelling is okay. It does reduce some background noise, but even with the quiet setting, I can hear my surroundings well (eg. I can have a conversation with someone without them raising their voice and can even hear other’s conversations and footsteps). The audio quality is fair, nothing impressive. I do like that there is a Bose app for the personalization/preferences though. Overall disappointed with the product, but I’ll give them another try to test their durability. You can definitely find other headphones for a lower price and same or even better quality.

Sound is great for music but B+ for tv. Would love more volume but I understand the safety aspect. All in all Bose did a good job!
