Great quality
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I recently wore the Bose QuietComfort Wireless Noise Cancelling Headphones on a long flight from Dallas to Madrid, and they were amazing. The comfort level is outstanding, even after wearing them for hours. They felt light, secure, and never caused any pressure or fatigue. The battery life is impressive. They lasted the entire flight without needing a charge, which gave me one less thing to worry about while traveling. The sound quality is fantastic. Music, movies, and podcasts all came through crisp and rich, and the noise cancelling feature made the cabin noise fade into the background. These headphones made a long international flight feel so much more pleasant. I highly recommend them to anyone who travels or just loves high-quality audio and true comfort.

Lightweight and super comfy headphones!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Bose QC Noise Cancelling headphones! TLDR - Lightweight and super comfy headphones! Out of the box, you get the headphones, headphones case, a charging cable (USB Type A to C), and a 3.5mm audio cable. Pros: > Build quality feels good and premium. The headphones are super comfy and I can wear them for hours without having any ear fatigue/pain. The ear pads are pretty plushy and create quite a tight seal for very good noise cancelling. The headband is flexible with a good amount of tension (as to not move/shift), so these headphones should fit comfortably for many different people. These headphones hardly moved/shifted when I was working out. The buttons are very tactile and give good feedback to confirm presses (unlike some of my other headphones which have buttons that are very mushy providing little tactile feedback). > Pairing is pretty straightforward and super simple. Sliding the bump toggle halfway turns on the headphones and sliding it all the way to the right puts the headphones into pairing mode. I appreciate this method more than the push/depress & hold methods which are found on many other headphones (e.g., Sony XM5s). I’m able to switch pretty easily & quickly from my phone, iPad, Macbook Pro, and other devices. > Audio quality is quite nice and I would say it’s pretty much on par with my Sony XM5 and this goes for the microphone quality as well! When connected to my gaming desktop or laptop, I noticed there isn’t much lag at all when playing games so that’s a big plus (especially crucial for FPS games). > Battery life is pretty good. I usually have the volume @ 70% and was able to go easily go two days with these (8+ hours each day) before needing to charge. Your mileage may vary but overall, it should last easily a full day with constant usage, which is more than enough for most users :) Cons: > None yet so far. I have been using these for the past week and they have been stellar. Though the Bose QuietComfort WIreless Noise Cancelling headphones come with a high price tag, they are totally worth it. I would highly recommend these to anyone that is looking for wireless over the ear headphones!

Posted .Thanks for sharing your experience! We're sorry to hear about the ear cushion issue with your Bose QuietComfort Headphones.
Bose QuietComfort Headphones are designed for long-term comfort and durability, ear cushion wear can vary depending on usage habits, storage conditions, and exposure to moisture or friction. In some cases, normal use over time may lead to seam splitting, especially if the headphones are worn during workouts, stored tightly, or exposed to heat or humidity.

Lives up to its name QuietComfort
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These Bose QuietComfort Wireless Over-the-Ear Headphones are a great choice for anyone looking for comfortable, noise-canceling headphones. They really do live up to the name QuietComfort as I find the noise-canceling feature to work well and the over-the-ear cups to be very soft and supple. I use headphones regularly for work and leisure so comfort and quality are both a must. I downloaded the Bose Music app in the Play Store and I appreciate being able to adjust the EQ of my audio on the QuietComfort headphones. I was able to tweak the bass, mid range, and treble to bring out the best in the music I listen to. The app allows you to adjust the level of noise cancellation and create different scenario modes that the single button on the left headphone will rotate through. Personally, I just like having Quiet and Aware mode to toggle between to quickly be able to shut out external noise or be aware of my surroundings. I can definitely hear a difference when I switch between Aware and Quiet modes. Quiet mode really gets rid of sounds like air conditioning or the dishwasher. It’s so nice to be able to shut off or greatly diminish all those sounds in my small home and just focus on the audio. I’m excited to take these with me on plane rides in the near future. Comfort is a must, especially as a glasses wearer, and I will say these headphones are so soft and the pressure is just right. My ears fit very well in them and unlike other over-the-ear headphones, my ears don’t touch any hard pieces inside the ear cups. I also appreciate the very clear L and R markings in the ear cups so I can easily put them on the right way. The left headphone has a singular button which toggles between the modes that can be configured in the app. The right headphone has a power switch that also activates Bluetooth connectivity, the charging port, and a set of 3 buttons which control volume and playback. I chose the headphones in “white smoke” which looks like a warm gray, a very modern color choice. Connecting via Bluetooth was simple and fast. I was able to connect the QuietComfort headphones to my Google phone with no issues. This set of Bose headphones comes with a hard case, auxiliary cable, and charging cable. I love the flexibility of going between a wireless and corded connection because I’m able to plug into an audio interface and listen while I record audio files. Bose proves to be a great brand that delivers high quality products. Overall, I really like the fit and audio quality of these Bose QuietComfort headphones. The battery lasts over 20 hours which has been wonderful because I’ve only had to charge them once so far since receiving them. They are super comfortable and sound great. I can definitely recommend this pair of over-the-ear headphones.

Wowee- great sound and product.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These Bose QuietComfort headphones are the real deal for me. The noise cancelling is insane like flipping a switch and suddenly the world goes quiet. I use them on planes, in the office, even at home, and they never disappoint. They are really good on a plane and also on a noisy subway. The sound is classic Bose: super clear, balanced, and just fun to listen to. I can wear them for hours and forget they’re even on as well as so light and comfy. The Blue Dusk color looks amazing in person too, a nice change from the usual black. The battery life is solid. Bluetooth was easy to set up and instant. Setup took less than a minute. Pro tip: download the Bose app for your smartphone-it lets you tweak the sound and makes them feel even more personal. If you want peace, comfort, and killer sound, these are worth it.

Great Headphones
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve wanted these headphones for a long time, and now that I have them, they 100% lived up to my expectations. I love these headphones! If you’re on the fence, just get them! The sound quality is amazing, they are comfortable, not too big, and I can move my head around while listening to them without worrying about them slipping off. They are lightweight, but still feel like quality headphones.

Do not purchase
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve had my headphones since the end of November I believe and the times I’ve used it have been maybe not over 6 times because I use my AirPods, and so usage has been very minimal and they haven’t even left my house once , yet, they look broken and flimsy, it does not have sound cancellation and I can hear noise after I wear them, when I place a call and I have the tv on, I have to turn it off because people can’t hear me, I’ve had beats by DRE but I would not recommend these, at all.. I’m not expert but this is solely out of experience and people deserve to know from experience, I will be returning.

Posted .Hi Diana,
We're truly sorry to hear about your experience with the QuietComfort headphones. What you have described certainly isn't descriptive of what we would expect especially after such a short period of time.
The headphones feature active noise cancellation so must be charged and powered on to cancel exterior noise. This works best with sounds that are constant, quick/sharp/fast sounds are more likely to be heard if you're not listening to music, albeit at a low level.

Zero Fatigue!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After spending some time with these headphones, I can confidently say they are my absolute favorite. They are very comfortable for long-term use. They fit completely over my ears, so I experience zero fatigue. The ear pads and the headrest pad are insanely soft. These are perfect for long sessions at your desk or listening to music on the go. I work so much at my desk with work, school, and then video games; these are a perfect all-around fit. The all-day battery actually lasts all day long. I've noticed they also hold a charge really well. I left them at 70%, and two days later, when I turned them back on, they were still at 70%. They connected seamlessly to my iPhone. If you have the battery level widget on, these will display their battery level along with your other connected devices, which I love. Of course, they will work with Android as well. I recommend downloading the Bose Music app to have the best possible experience with these headphones. The noise cancellation is top tier. They do a great job of blocking out any unwanted noise. The carrying case they come with is great quality, and it comes with a little pouch where you can store the charger and the included 3.5 mm to 2.5 mm audio cable. There's also a small tag in the case that guides you on how to fold your headphones so that they fit in the case perfectly. I love these headphones! They're my new daily driver.

Audio is top notch but…
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The audio is top notch like most things Bose, however, I really wish there were more bass. The overall sound profile is very clear and balanced, which is great for vocals and instruments, but if you’re someone who likes a bit of extra thump for hip-hop, EDM, or action movies, these might feel a little polite in the low end. That said, the noise canceling is fantastic — it blocks out everything from airplane engines to chatty coworkers without making your ears feel pressurized. The comfort level is exactly what the name promises: plush ear cups, lightweight build, and a fit that stays comfortable for hours on end. The battery life is solid too, easily lasting through long flights or workdays. Connectivity is smooth, with a reliable Bluetooth connection and easy pairing, plus the physical controls are intuitive and clicky, which I prefer over finicky touch gestures. The companion app lets you tweak a few things, but I’d love to see more EQ customization to help boost that missing bass. Overall, if you value clear audio, premium build, and best-in-class noise canceling, these are worth the price — just know they lean more towards a neutral sound rather than bass-heavy headphones.

Great, but not perfect
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought these headphones for air travel as an alternative to earbuds. The noise cancelling isn't perfect but it is more than sufficient to enjoy movies or music for hours, and the aware mode is fair but not amazing. Battery life is adequate at ~20 hours. It charges quickly enough that I've never had a problem. Comfort level is high. I'm a big fan of mesh ear cups for breathability so I was a bit leery at first, but I'm good with the QuietComfort headphones for hours at a time. Also, I have a large head and they fit well without pinching. My biggest complaint about these headphones is that they don't support simultaneous wired and Bluetooth connections so it does not work for console gaming while running voice chat though my phone. Overall excellent product, 8.5/10

Does not fail to impress!!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Bose QuietComfort Wireless Noise Canceling over the ear headphones are a must! I cannot believe the quality of these headphones and the big difference it has among other competitors. The headphones are light weight and are packaged in a black case with its charger and a wire to connect onto any device. Very smooth on the cushions and comfortable on the ear just like the name suggests. It blocks out almost all the background noise so the user can immerse themselves into the world of music or what they are watching. The device also recommends the Bose Music App, which allows you to customize the sound quality to your personal liking. The headphones include a bluetooth option and the wired option to connect on any device. It also has buttons to control the volume and skip or pause. They adjust very well and do not fall or move from the head even with doing hard cardio or workouts. Bose honestly always comes through with each release of a product but these are such a must for students. These headphones allow for study time without interruptions and gives you a moment of complete relaxation. I would definitely recommend these to any college student if they are able to pay that extra penny. It is a product that is worth its price and especially with the details it comes with.

So comfortable
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I read a ton of reviews on lots of different headphones before deciding on these without having tried any of them on in store beforehand. These Bose headphones are fantastic! They are light, super comfortable to wear and the music sounds great. I love that they fit over my entire ear too! The airpods I have started to really bother me and I just got some new ear piercings that the airpods would’ve irritated. These headphones fit the bill of what I was looking for. The battery lasts awhile too; havent had to charge them yet in the week I’ve had them. I was at Best Buy a few days ago and tried on the headphones they had there, I’m really happy I chose these and have zero regrets. I’d absolutely recommend.

Great Cans, But the Predecessors Were Better
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The QCs are a venerable line of headphones. I've owned them since the wired versions (QC25.) You can always count on them for their light weight, hours-long comfort, solid audio presentation, long battery life, and most importantly, class-leading ANC. I really wanted to like these, and I was dead set on keeping them. However, they were ultimately not for me. My physiology has changed in that anything clamped to my head for a long time will give me a headache. Thus, I advise that you try these on for an extended period of time before buying them.

Unrivaled ANC and Comfort!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For as long as I've been traveling, my ANC headset manufacturer of choice has always been Bose. I've tried other active noise cancelling headphones in the past and they've never quite performed as well. Very few headsets have also been as comfortable; especially for prolonged flights. After using these new Bose QuietComfort headphones, I'm happy to report that Bose is still the king in these departments. As a long time fan of the QuietComfort series of headphones, I love that Bose hasn't deviated from their tried and true formula and has given us much of what we've come to expect while throwing in some minor upgrades. While these new QuietComfort headphones have become my number one choice for travel and commute, I still think that Bose has room for improvement. Starting with the build quality, these new QuietComforts are mainly constructed with a premium plastic material but also house some aluminum components like the adjustable earcup sliders on the sides of the frame. The adjustable sliders have a sturdy ratcheting mechanism that allows the earcups to stay in place even when engaged in physical activity. I wouldn't take these running, but they did a good job staying in place during some heavy resistance training sessions. I love the choice of these lightweight materials by Bose as it makes these the perfect companions for long travel sessions. The memory foam lining on the underside of the frames along with the earcup cushions provide unrivaled comfort. I've had the pleasure of trying several comfortable headsets in the last couple of years but this new model of QuietComforts are in their own league. The leather cushions on the earcups are soft and malleable but have enough firmness to quickly return to their shape. They are also very breathable. I never found my ears getting sweaty or clammy during long listening sessions. In terms of audio performance, these QuietComfort headphones provide a premium HiFi experience that you can enjoy for hours on end with virtually no head fatigue. These QuietComforts have a very open and somewhat airy soundstage, which is impressive considering these are closed back headphones. The mids and highs come across very clear and there is a decent amount of separation between them. Instruments are easily discernable and vocals also sound full and organic. While I've noticed that Bose did slightly improve upon the low frequency on these new QuietComforts from it's predecessors, I would have liked to have seen just a tad more bass whilst still retaining the rest of it's default soundstage. While you can download the "Bose Music" app and select the "Bass Boost" preset to increase the amount of bass, I noticed that this preset tended to muddle the mids and highs quite a bit. As someone who will be using these headphones a lot while watching movies and playing video games on my travels, the added bass while still retaining those beautiful mids and highs would have been much appreciated. Despite this minor gripe, movies and music of all genres still sounded great. The active noise cancelling remains extremely impressive as always. The Bose Music app now allows you to tune the level of ANC depending on your environment in case you have important things going on around you. Up until now, this is something that you haven't been able to do on prior QuietComfort series headphones. When it came to the bluetooth performance, the QuietComforts performed well by providing a constant connection with minimal distortion within a range of about 30-35 feet. The QuietComfort headphones also support multi-point connection for up to two devices. Switching between bluetooth sources was seamless for me and I never ran into any issues. For the most seamless transitions, I recommend pausing the current source that you're using, and then pressing play on the source that you're switching to. This worked flawlessly for me every time. The one thing I would have liked for Bose to improve upon in this category is the bluetooth version. These QuietComforts are still using Bluetooth 5.1. I've noticed that other flagship competitor headphones are already utilizing bluetooth version 5.3. Bluetooth 5.3 takes advantage of neat features like reducing the device's power consumption by discarding repeated data packets or optimizing data transfers which reduces the chances of data being lost. Lastly, I would have liked to have seen higher bitrate codec support like aptX HD or LDAC. However, they seem to only support the standard AAC and SBC codecs. Overall, these are great sounding headphones with some of the best ANC on the market. They're also the most comfortable headphones that I've used to date. These would make an excellent travel companion on long flights, subway/train commutes, loud airports, or virtually any environment where you want to tune out the world around you. I still think that Bose has some minor improvements to make in regards to including the latest bluetooth technology and codecs. I also would like to see the default soundstage tuned with a little more bass in the low end in future QuietComfort versions. Despite these minor gripes, these QuietComfort headphones are a solid offering for those looking for the best ANC experience along with comfort.

Best in Class sound and noise cancelling!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Bose QuietComfort Wireless Noice Cancelling Over the ear Headphones are a very solid pair of headphones that provide comfortability and premium sound. The headphones are super lightweight, have a solid, premium build, and best in class noise cancelling. If you have not heard a pair of Bose noise cancelling headphones, then you are missing out. There is a reason you see Bose all over airports and traveling in general. At first, you are in disbelief on how quiet the outside world gets when putting on and firing up these headphones. They will allow you to immerse yourself in whatever you are doing, be it work, play, or just to tune out to the outside world. The QC headphones have up to 24 hours on a single charge, and they themselves charge with a USB-C cable, which is now the go to for most electronics devices. If you are in a rush, these headphones can charge for 15 minutes and give you up to 2.5 hours of playback time. To accompany your headphones, the Bose Music app allows you to pair, and adjust sound controls to your liking in a simple, easy fashion. If you are Spotify user, pressing and holding the Action button, then pressing again to have Spotify offer music suggestions (This is all setup in the Bose Music app). Overall, I believe these are one of the best, if not the best noise cancelling headphones you can buy on the market. Bose has the history and reputation that they have worked hard to earn, and these headphones are the embodiment of this work. You will not be disappoint in these headphones!

Great Sound, Small Improvements
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. They're back! These have been the standard for noise cancelling headphones for many years. I know many folks who swear by them. The active noise cancelling that Bose uses is about as top notch as it gets, and although I couldn't notice a more refined sound profile while the noise cancelling was enabled. What I did notice and really enjoy though - when noise cancelling is enabled, you can turn your music up to a quiet whisper. As someone who enjoys studying or doing some of my more intricate hobbies that require concentration, I can turn down the sound around me while also keeping the music low. Wonderful! The build quality on these is rather typical. Bose goes out of their way to make these headphones comfortable, but they're not made to be durable, so try to treat them kindly. The headphones don't feel cheap, but you won't want to bend them all over the place either. If you haven't used the "Aware Mode" before, it's just like the transparency modes you'd find on competing audio solution. The difference though? This aware mode is refined. It doesn't sound hollow or artificial, the sound just seems a bit more "filtered". It's hard to describe, but it's a sound profile that doesn't bother my ears when listening to the world and my headphones at the same time. I was able to get around 20 some hours of audio out of these before the battery was critical, and the Bluetooth range on these is pretty decent - about 25ish feet inside my house. Small feature shoutout: The customizable shortcut button on these headphones? It's super cool. I have it set to shuffle Spotify and give me a random playlist, just by holding down the button for a moment. I'm using this all the time now! You can customize this feature in the app - there's also an equalizer in the app for anyone interested. All in all? If you've tested Bose's QuietComfort headphones before, you know you'll get great noise cancelling and clean audio. To everyone else, I recommend testing these out and seeing if the sound profile and noise cancelling fit your needs.

Solid Choice For Full Featured and Comfort
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my first Bose headphones, but I’ve used plenty of headsets that boasted many features including multi device and noise cancelling. But I have to say that Bose has mastered the science of the noise cancelling headset, creating the QuietComfort Wireless Noise Cancelling Over-the-Ear Headphones. This is one of the best headsets I have ever used, even for just blocking out background noise to find a little peace and quiet. Pros - Easy setup and use. - Amazing noise cancellation. - Perfect for on the go. Cons - Fit takes time to get used to. - EQ settings are rather basic. Out of the box, which includes a travel case, USB C, and audio cable with inline Mic, the initial setup is extremely simple. Literally, Bose has made it so you can use the QuiteComfort Wireless Noise Cancelling Over-the-Ear headphones without needing the app out of the box. But the app does enable added features that make the experience better when used together with the headset. I was able to pair the QuiteComfort right out of the box without any issue. Within minutes I was on a call through my phone without any issues. All you must do is put the Bose QuiteComfort on, push and hold the power button past the on position until you hear the “pairing mode” cue, then select the Bose Headset from the list of available devices on your specific device. And Done. No downloads or annoying app setup is required. One of the best setup experiences I have ever had with a headset. I was able to easily pair the QuiteComfort with my work laptop, tablet, and even desktop computer without any additional downloads or issues. The multi-device connection allows for 2 devices to be connected at the same time, which is super convenient if you want to take a call while being connected into another device. The buttons to control the headset are well placed on the headset but the multi-function button on the Right earcup will take a bit getting used to as there are multiple commands on one button: 1 press is Play or Pause or Answer or End a phone call, 2 presses is Skip Forward, 3 presses is Skip Backward, and a Press and Hold will decline a call. While the left button can be customized to open a selected app or perform a set task with a single press or act as a Mute button if pressed 2 times while on a call. Overall, the buttons feel responsive and easy to find while wearing the headset. The build quality is great, high-quality plastic is used but it feels solid and doesn’t give or flex during use. Both ear cups can rotate and extend down to be adjusted to fit better on the head. A USB-C plug is available on the bottom of the Right earcup for power and a 3.5mm audio jack is available on the bottom of the Left earcup for use with an audio cable. The sound is crisp and clean, no matter which device I connected to the sound came in clear. The call quality was amazing! I had multiple comments on how clear my voice was heard even with background noise going on, I lucked out and got these the same week my neighbor had their main sewer line replaced. I was able to confirm that both the mic and audio noise cancelling work quite well, even being just across the street the background noise never broke through the call to be louder than the voice or audio. That’s not to say they couldn’t hear the background noise, but my voice was still very clear and understandable. If you need a headset to use in a loud environment, that will keep your audio and voice clear, the Bose QuietComfort is a great choice. The Noise cancellation had more settings than most, allowing for a sliding selection of sensitivity for the filtering of background noise. There are different modes that can be cycled through using the Left action button, by default there are 2 modes: Quiet and Aware. The “Aware” mode is helpful if you want to reduce the overall noise and look like you are listening to music but be fully aware of your surroundings. This brings me to my only initial complaint about the headset, which was that initially the headphones gave me a bit of a squeezed or suctioned feeling when I put them on. This is due to the passive noise cancelling of the earphone cushions, which create a tight seal with the head to keep out extra noise. This was something I had to get used to before I could enjoy the headphones to their fullest. If you have any sensitivity to your ears or inner ears, these headphones may take time for you to adjust. The added EQ settings really do make a difference but are limited to just a few “adjustments” but should cover most user’s needs, though if you’re used to a ton of pre-settings, there are only 4: Bass Boost, Bas Reducer, Treble Boost, and Treble Reducer. It’s basic, but for my uses it works as I’ll adjust most of my audio on the source side. Overall, I’d suggest the Bose QuietComfort headphones to anyone looking for a premium audio experience that needs noise canceling and multi-device connectivity. The Bose QuietComfort will reduce or cancel out a moderately noisy background like the office or public transportation while providing great sound and audio performance. The noise cancelling on the mic is quite amazing, keeping the voice quality clear even in extremely noisy environments. Though these are premium headphones, they are a perfect example of the saying, “You get what you pay for”. The Bose QuietComfort Wireless Noise Cancelling Over-the-Ear Headphones are a great product for anyone on the go who wants a great experience from their headphones.

Posted .Hello, it's great to hear you feel these headphones are easy to set up and use. We always aim for the best Noise cancelling in the industry, so its awesome to hear you feel it is amazing.
The headphones have Plush earcup cushions which softly hug your ears, while a comfortable yet secure band works to keep the headphones comfortable and in place. Its unusual to hear you feel the EQ settings are basic. You can find guidance here https://bose.life/3EU1eqp to ensure the best EQ experience for your headphones.
Thanks

Block out unwanted sound or be aware
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We all get there from time to time. When I need to focus my attention on work and all I can focus on is all the other noises around me. Anything from other people's conversations to my neighbor mowing the lawn. Noise cancelling technology has been helpful with situations like this, but... being someone that has sensitive hearing I tend to hear the white noise that comes out of the sound system to the point I am distracted by the sound. With the Bose QuietComfort Wireless Noise Cancelling headset, I can barely hear a faint white noise sound in the headset only between songs. Somehow they figured out the balance between the white noise and the build of the headset its self without giving up on overall comfort. They are adjustable on the sides of the band and foldable to fit into the carrying case. Noise cancelling option can be toggled off when you want to be more aware of your surroundings or make it a little more natural if you take calls through the headset. I like the simplicity of the design of the simple switch to turn the headset on to connect through Bluetooth along with buttons for +/- volume, track seek, and toggle quiet/aware options. These are able to sync with the Bose Music app which gives you additional options for managing Bluetooth Connections, equalizer (adjust bass, mid, and treble), settings for hearing your own voice during calls, volume and toggling Quiet/Aware modes. Sound quality is great, crisp and pure. It's just amazing how these block out environment noises.
