They were the very worst quality wise, Bose products I’ve ever had. Best Buy has always sold quality products at a fair price, name brand or not, but absolutely tried these out for about 10 min. Sound has horrible a d I believe it was the outside construction pure plastic, thin flimsy plastic that made the sound so horrible, these were An immediate return, we went back to ear buds we have used for travel, a lot of flights and hotels, they never get old. Amazing, quality. We thought these would be nice as we listen to podcasts and movies and sometimes laying in the bed an ear bud falls out but we can easily find in the morning. But these plastic things no match, put your money in something with good sound and lasting quality.

This was the first time the item was not just open box but was repaired and used to a point where this item should not have been allowed to be sold. Very bad look on quality control, y’all have to do better.

Hate to find that there was no finger touch controlled voice. More expensive with less features did nt find much difference in sound quality as compared to my old one. There is a slight improvement in noise cancellation.
