The headphones are nice, I just wish the sound was a little louder

While we would advise general caution when it comes to excessive volumes, what you can do is make sure the volume on your mobile device (if separate) is turned up sufficiently. Had to return despite it being better at everything else. For that price point this should not have been an issue at all.

Drowns out all outside noise. If needed, quiet awareness mode allows music enjoyment with the added comfort of safety in your surroundings.
