I was disappointed in this product. I've owned and used Bose QuietComfort Noise-Cancelling Wireless Earbuds in the past and figured the over the ear ones must provide something special to justify being $100 more then their earbud counter parts but the sound cancelation is worse!? They are comfortable but if you want noise cancelation as your primary don't bother with these bulky things.

I was almost thinking about finally buying a Bose product when this is set went down to a reasonable value of $250 rather than the $100 over price premium they both think they deserve or simply for being both but then I read the product description and like most other I had said or earbud products the very first thing mentioned as if it's the most important thing is that it can noise cancel that doesn't do much to instill a lot of confidence that I be spending my money well when the first thing you mentioned is that it noise cancels I would say that a product that has absolutely amazing sound almost unbelievably good I like you're not awake it's so good it's a lot more impressive than how good you can cancel sounds I would rather be able to hear a few outside sounds and have inferior sound quality you guys really should get out of that bad habit to unintentionally bad-mouthing your own product by mentioning the least important product attribute before raving about how wonderful it sounds compared to all the other crap that's out there I should probably also add that I would never buy a wireless headset because Wireless products will always have inferior signal quality to a wired product because the fact that radio travels through the air means it's very susceptible to interference and even a tiny teeny tiny bitter interference can destroy your experience if you're one of those extreme audio file type plus I can't stand the idea of having to worry about dying batteries I would much rather have a cord that doesn't bother me at all I don't know why it bothers anyone else

Dry good product. Ear padding is the same as a previous pair n I'll likel Deteriorate as the previous pair. Bose should ship an ear cover with them.

I bought these in July of 2023 they were great now one of the speakers has so much static noise coming out of it. It hurts my ears. I take it out of noise cancelling to aware and it still there. I have taken care of them, never drop them or wet them. These are my first bose headphones and were not worth it for not lasting that long. Just be aware.

Overall they were good but I found the bass lacking.
