Great to drown out the hum on a plane and be able to listen to whatever you need. Disappointed you do need to plug them directly into the airplane tv via jack. Will not pair to random items that dont have the abilty to have the app.

These noise canceling headphones perform as expected. Good sound quality, too! Comfortable to wear for long periods of time.

I live in these things- I LOVE them. I travel a long work so these work great on airplanes. I also love having the “aware” mode where I can still hear my surroundings well. It filters in just the right sounds and it just works so well. I wear them when I’m doing chores around the house or working out at the gym. I looove them.

I bought these on sale for $200 and I ended up returning them. The noise cancellation was very minimal, even when putting it on the highest level in the app. Additionally, every once in a while the audio would randomly stutter, even if my phone was right in my pocket. For a $200 pair of headphones, or $349 full price, this problem should NOT exist, and the noise cancellation should be much better. It’s real disappointing not only because of its price point, but also since its other qualities are good. Connecting to devices is super easy. The lilac color is cute. I never had to charge it a second time after receiving them and the audio quality was good too. However, the aforementioned negatives overshadow the positives in my eyes, especially for the price.

This is my best gear for a workout at the gym! It holds a charge for days! Sound is amazing

These headphones are great ! I use for gaming, running, and to sometimes sleep because it keeps all noise off and it helps with concentration too. Great product over all !

Initially I was looking to return because these were not playing loud enough, but I realized I had my iPhone 16 pro setup in a way that if I had ear devices on, it would play at a safer mode. Needless to say, they perform as designed. I’ve only had these a short time, not even a month yet, so we’ll see. I recommend though at this point. Good value for the money. I love the color I’ve chosen.

Used them on a 10 hour flight and they stayed on the entire time. Comfy and sound is excellent, I have been loving them. Having some issues with my iPad Air where it stutters but it’s the only device it occurs on.

Probably the best pair of headphones I’ve ever used. I have the AirPods Max’s, and while they are a solid pair, these are even better at a cheaper price point! The Bose app is great and allows you to completely control your device. And I know this is a super small thing, but I LOVE that the power control is a switch and not a button like most headphones. Buttons are so annoying bc sometimes you dont know what button to press, how long to press it, etc. in order to just turn it on or off. Would highly recommend this pair to anyone!

It’s the best headphone money can buy.Its very quiet when I have them on and it does not hurt my ears.Im glad I bought them and will last a long time.

I have a $99.00 set of Raycon headphones that are far more comfortable to wear for extended periods of time. The noise cancellation feature is not as good as Bose Quiet Comforts they have the upper hand in that respect. But that does not justify the $150.00 price increase.Although the voice on the Raycons is nothing special it is far more tolerable than Bose. I will probably give the BQC’s away as I am severely disappointed in them. The Bose had good sound from my music collection, but again not for the price increase. They are uncomfortable for extended periods of time. For the money they should be as light in weight as possible to get the lightest headphones I would have had to pat close to $500.00 and my middle size ears should comfortably fit the cup shape. But they do not. I don’t think I will ever buy another set of headphones or earbuds unless I try them on in the store. I am in a hospital right now and it was an impossibility to do so. The Bose are not bad by any means but you me everyone should try them in a store first. I just think I could have spent my money more wisely by trying them at Best Buy. They are a great store. You can trust them.
