    Happy with these headphones, sound is good and setup was a breeze. Had purchased Bluetooth headphones but they won’t work with my sonos sound bar. For our needs these work beautifully.

    Great update to the amazing QC45. Addition of NC level with wind reduction makes it a no brainer upgrade from the QC45s

    The product utself is 5 stars. Has great sound, deep bass and perfect treble. I only have 3 stars because Best Buy customer service is trash. Only honoring price match in 15 days is the lowest in the same industry unless you buy their trash upgraded membership. Best Buy needs to fix this and if not this WILL BE the last purchase i ever make wirh Best Buy. Fix you return period and pprice match, your current service is a spit into the face of 10+ year customers and new customers. BOSE return policy is 90 days. DO BETTER
