They work as intended but are nothing special. The noise cancelling works great. They can get a little hot on the ears after a while

The sound quality and noise cancellation are super, but unfortunately I had to return then back because the the sound over phone calls and meetings keeps breaking and people on the other side were not able to hear me. I don’t know if mine was defective or it’s a defect in this version. Return was easy. Great customer service.

Never had such a bad experience with Best Bay..i ordered and they should deliver the next day.I waited nobody's showed up of course, next days was the same..spoke 5x with them..Lies after Lies..dont worry soon you will receive the headphones. Then when i said i want my money back..they lied to me that will return but nobody returned nothing. After more then a week or 10d may be, they left like garbage in front of my door in very thin paper back.,.TERRIBLE.,regret million times i bough from them..Amazon or other company like Bose will treat me in different way im sure,and the first headphones...they were damaged from the begining as someone said...they should tell me...otherwise the Headphones are very good,i love Bose like company for future will buy from them.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.To listen to the movies, YouTube, music, and TV on the phone it is great but when it comes to phone calls it sucks either the person I'm on the phone with hear my surrounding more than they hear me or they hardly hear me at all especially on windy days. if I'm using a Skullcandy $20 headphone they hear me perfectly fine that is the only downfall about this

I am glad to hear that you love them when you listen to your music or films, but sorry you are not getting the best experience when you are placing phone calls. During calls during calls please make sure not to block the microphones if you wear a hat for example, and step away from any environment that could cause interference.
