While noise canceling is alright, the sound quality is unimpressive. Comparable to the $30 Sony headphones I replaced with these. By far the worst part, and the source of my 1 star review. The microphone is AWFUL. Some of their noise reduction software or something makes it sound like I am constantly walking away from the microphone and very quiet. The worst part about this by far is that its a software issue! Not a mic issue. I thought that Bose was a quality company, and was willing to pay a premium for the headphones. But, this is a disappointment by all means. I can't ever use them for calls and I would never buy it again. Save yourself the money and trouble.

It works great and great listening and very easy to use.

I recently purchased this headset for a trip and was sorely disappointed. When I put it on, I noticed a lack of air circulation, leading to significant ear overheating, sweat and discomfort. The tight fit also contributed to headaches, making it difficult to wear for extended periods. Unfortunately, I didn't realize the full extent of these issues until I returned from my trip, which meant the return window had already closed. I would strongly advise potential buyers to reconsider this headset if comfort and long-term use are important factors.

Very easy to setup and use by the way though works great on my samsung galaxy a9+ tablet.

This purchase which I bought two pair as gifts. They were the very worst quality wise, Bose products I’ve ever had. Best Buy has always sold quality products at a fair price, name brand or not, but absolutely tried these out for about 10 min. Sound has horrible a d I believe it was the outside construction pure plastic, thin flimsy plastic that made the sound so horrible, these were An immediate return, we went back to ear buds we have used for travel, a lot of flights and hotels, they never get old. Amazing, quality. We thought these would be nice as we listen to podcasts and movies and sometimes laying in the bed an ear bud falls out but we can easily find in the morning. But these plastic things no match, put your money in something with good sound and lasting quality.

These replacement headphones are great. Received them because the QC45 broke and Best Buy sent these to replace them.

Bought these for mi novio. He loves them. A definite upgrade to his Bose. All the features with great.

Usually use ear buds sound quality wasn’t there and wasn’t loud enough for me. For $200 I expected more

The noise reduction is the best I have experienced with any over-the-air headphones including an older release of this Bose model and Beats Solos

The headphones are generally good, but when they are plugged in during phone calls, background noise is transmitted to the other party very distinctly. In this sense, it is not a good product at all.
