    Overall this product is worth every penny! The sound quality out the box is excellent however, there is a Bose app that allows you to tweak the EQ to fit your liking. The color is rich and looks fashionable imo. The best feature outside of the amazing sound signature, is how lightweight these are. I get headaches very easily from wearing anything that adds too much pressure on my head and I haven't had any issues with these, yet they still fit snug. 10/10 not to say there aren't arguably better headphones but with these you really can't go wrong on quality.

    Anc is really good. but it does bleed. which means others around you can hear what you are listening to. which is a big no for me in the gym… but if you dont care about that then these headphones are a solid pick up.

      I'm happy to hear you like the ANC of your QuietComfort Headphones! Others around you shouldn't be able to hear your audio content clearly unless you use the headphones at louder volumes, or unless they get up close to you. One thing to make sure of is that your headphones are sitting on your ears correctly, providing a firm but comfortable seal around them.     The sound quality is awesome but the mic for folks to hear be during a call is not good quality. Either they can't hear me at all or not well.

      Hi,

      I am glad to hear that you love the sound of your QuietComfort headphones, but sorry you are not fully happy during phonecalls. In busy environment, the mic can sometimes pick up outside noises. Move to a different area to avoid interference.

    After a year of using this, the sound is great, but when you connect multiple devices, the sound would start cracking when you switch devices.
