I want to love this product. I had a LG set before this. The sound in Bose is excellent but the headset piece (around neck) is not very comfortable to wear all day. If I move around or move my head to the side, the neck piece keep dancing around my neck and pulling the ear bugs :-(. The ear bugs doesn't retracted so if you have long hair or carry something over your shoulders be careful. I don't use them as frequent for calls, etc as I did with the LG styles. :-(. Nice to use while traveling. Depend what use you want from this product I will recommend.

Gave as a birthday gift and he raves about them. But they were a big splurge too.

I bought these as an upgrade to QuietControl 20 and they are definitely a big step forward. The noise cancellation can be calibrated and the stabilizer is much better. In addition the ease of blue tooth makes these headphones truly great.

This product has great sound and active noise cancelling that pails to no other.

Let me just start by saying these have been the best audio quality I've ever heard on a headphone set. The noise cancelling feature is also of amazing quality, bought these for a trip I had to Europe and I had a pleasant and quite flight. That being said, after only about 7 months of use the rubber that covers the neckband began to peal off the plastic. Took it back to Bose and they exchanged it without hesitation. When asked about the issue they mentioned that it was an isolated incident, not something that should happen.

Good performance, sound quieting and audio sound. Great mobility with wireless feature. Little ear discomfort until I got use to wearing them.

love em great for music! The sound quality and noise cancellation are great even in a noisy environment there is no need to crank the volume up to listen to music. However they do have some short comings. First the ear buds just dangling from not having some sort of mount, retractable cord or magnet to hold them in place gets annoying when not in use. Second they lack a vibration or any type of incomming call feature without a bud inear. Third the battery life is a little on the short side but not a huge concern they will get you through the day but not two. All in all a great headset if your main use is for music. If your useing it more as an interface for handsfree calling they come up just a little short. I've been a long time user of the LG headsets for sound quality and noise cancalation there is no compairison BOSE beats em hands down.

I've enjoyed this pair of buds. I was looking for something with good battery life and noise canceling to replace my PowerBeats 2. Comfortable to wear for the most part. Only annoyance is when the neck collar twists around. I usually don't even notice it though.

I went back and forth between the beats and these... Glad I went with these.

Headphones are just ok, the ear buds are hard to keep on but the sound quality is amazing. Seems like they're a bit heavy and keep falling off even after switching the ear pieces.

A fan of Bose. This has taken it to the next level. Great noise cancellation

I have trouble sleeping and these work well at canceling the external noise.

Highly recommend these wireless headphones. Noise reduction is great and very comfortable. Battery life is good enough so far. Do wish they had an external jack to use on an airplane. Will have to use my wired headphones for travel. Otherwise outstanding!

Connectivity is sometimes difficult, specially when switching from 1 device to the next, eg: TV, Phone, Tablet. It takes multiple attempts. The piece that rests on our neck/shoulders turns around quite a bit, and the rubber ear pieces tend to pull on my long hair when I pull out the ear pieces. On the flip side, being able to music share to another BOSE is PERFECT for my partner and I that take weekend ride on our motorcycle. It drowns out the rumbling of the engine.

I like the comfort of these and the audio quality but they are not nearly as good at noise cancelling as the QuietComfort 35 from Bose.

I am a HUGE Bose headphone fan. These are comfortable and excellent headphones. I would recommend these to anyone. I travel a lot and these are as good quality as my QC35. Only con is the batter life is around 6 hours which stinks for a long day of travel.

These are a great set of headphones! The sound quality is up there with any of the top headphones you can buy. But my favorite thing about this is the style. So comfortable to wear, and walk around the office with. Cant do that with big bulky headphones.

I would highly recommend this product to anyone sounds and feels great .!

Sound was great just needs retractable cords for me to have for everyday
