The sound is great - crystal clear -and the app puts this Bose earphones above even the LGs best - the app allows for volume control and the unique noise cancellation feature- the only negative is that the neck band moves a lot on my neck moving the earphones around your neck- kind of annoying but tolerable

Awesome quality considering they are wireless. Battery lasts about 2 days with 7-8 hrs of use. Overall recommend.

I've searched for the best wireless noise cancellation earbuds and Bose was the only brand worth trying in the office. Perhaps if the neckband was flexible enough to extract and retract at the back of the neck as opposed to how it protrudes on the shoulder blade...just a suggestion. Other than that, it's superb.

After trying several Bluetooth headsets without finding one that had both good sound quality and a microphone worthy of telephone use, I finally reached the "top" shelf. While I enjoy the sound quality and the microphone is adequate although short on cancelling background noise, the problem has shifted to the headset's inability to maintain reliable Bluetooth connection and functionality with my Samsung Galaxy S7. That the headset uses an app on the phone for control only makes things worse. Also, any movement out of Bluetooth range for more than a few seconds results in the headset not being able to reconnect without restarting one or both devices. I expected MUCH more than this from Bose. I fear I may have bought a name without a reliable product being attached to it. If I can resolve this I will raise the rating...

I’ve had these for a while and still love them. Battery is amazing and sound is very good

The noise cancelling is pretty good, especially on airplanes. Not perfect, but blocks about 80% of the noise. The sound quality is excellent. My only complaint is the earpiece. I am very particular about earbuds, and these are not the most comfortable, and they cannot be switched out like other headphones.

Great sound, good batterie life. The only suggestion is to improve the USB charging unit.

Great product. I have tried them a few times and so far they have met what I've expected them to do. Good sound quality. But I do have to say in order to get the full potential out of it you need the app. Which is kind of strange to do so. Why need an app, to get full use out of the headphones?
