Great sound but not for phone calls

The noise cancelling worked great as well and was surprised at how well it worked for in ear buds. However the big drawback on these headphone is the microphones. I was on several phone calls where the person on the other end notified me that the were having a hard time hearing me over the background noise, but I was in a room alone each time. The microphone is so sensitive that when I moved papers or was tapping my knee with my fingers, the person complained of loud noises was making it difficult to hear me. There are no microphone controls for this and after googling, i was able to find plenty of complaints about this very issue and no apparent solution.

However, we see that you are experiencing some trouble with the phone call audio. We would like to share a bit of information regarding the microphone. We have tuned the communication microphones, mainly used for telephone conversations to the human voice frequency range. They automatically adjust the gain (microphone volume) for “low talkers”. In a loud environment where there are voices in the background, it’s possible the microphones will pick up those background voices and bring up the gain. This can send the background voices through to the far end person on a call. The person wearing the headset may hear this too (sidetone). It is also important to note that mobile devices and cell networks may also perform automatic gain adjustments to the communication microphones’ audio path, try another mobile device and see if the far end audio improves. Do wish the buds were retractable or magnetic to stay out of the way when not being used. They get caught in seatbelt and shirt collar quite a bit. Praying that I don't rip one of the buds off.

Pretty good for a small package

These really fit the bill. The noise canceling isn't as powerful as the QC35's, but these take up a lot less space. Plus I don't sweat wearing these compared to the over-the-ear type models.

The sound quality is amazing and the power to turn up or down the Quiet Control is the BEST!! The only thing is I wish they could extract the cords. But other than that these are by far an excellent product

Great Sound, Mediocre Design

These have great sound quality. I would have loved them, except the u-shape around my neck isn't quite long enough or heavy in the front to keep them from moving around my neck all the time. I returned them.

I love the fact that you can go up and down with the noise cancelling from the controls or on the app. Great pear for those on the go or for even at home. I find myself sometimes using them for hours and forget I have them in my ears even when I’m not playing anything. Very clear and good quility sound as always.

BUT if you want to watch a movie on any flights, these won’t work because they don’t plug in!
