At first I loved them....the noise cancelling function was fantastic (especially on air planes) and the ear buds locked in place and remained securely in my ears while jogging. At this point I would have rated them a 5 star. Unfortunately, they completely stopped working after two months (in my book they don’t deserve any stars if they fail at two months). My local Best Buy (where they were purchased) refused to assist since the purchase was more than two weeks ago AND I didn’t purchase their extended warranty. Hopefully Bose will stand behind their product, make it right and I can update the review.

they work very well at blocking out noise while out exercising but the microphone needs more help!

If you are looking for quality sound, these are the headphones for u. I love the sound quality and the noise cxl feature is the best. Noise cxl work especially well on flights, cxl out engine noise as well as crying babies. The absolute best!

Very good sound. Wireless range is OK and noise canceling performance great. Adjustable length of headphones wires would be appreciated

Incredible sounding buds and great noise reduction. I travel several times a month and not hearing babies crying and engine noise was a new experience for me. The flight attendants don't like it since they can't get my attention! :)

Great Bose sound and noise cancelling. Would definitely recommend. Only issue is switching between devices, it is hard to connect to a second device even if you turn off the Bluetooth on the first.

I purchased this as a gift for my husband and he absolutely loves them and he showed me why. They cancel out all noise and give you complete surround sound perfect for listening to music podcast movies or any form of entertainment.

I bought these for my daughter and she loves them. She says they are excellent at noise cancelling and of course have all the amazing sound that is Bose. So far she has used them every single day. I want to get some for myself!

The quality of the sound is "typical Bose" which means very accurate sound at all volume levels. Also means a capable base but not powerful like the amped up Beats headset. Noise cancellation is top notch and the only thing that justifies the premium price. Works great on airplanes and at Starbucks (where there's always background music to block out). Ear comfort and wireless features are excellent. Only "problems" are that the controls are very difficult to access and battery life is only 5 hours.

The quiet control is mind blowing. Allows me to actually shut down the machine noise in the shop as I listen to podcast.

I had been trying to find a pair of ear buds that had to be comfortable to sleep in and be bluetooth. Tried many no luck then I found these. Wasn't sure if I could justify the cost but after having them I can say they were worth every penny.

Sound quality is great Wish it would vibrate when a call comes in . I will return for replacement or try another brand.

I purchased these to replace the Soundsport wireless earphones i lost on a recent business trip. I had looked forward to the sound canceling and thought that perhaps these would replace my over-the-ear QC earphones. After on week I had to return them. The sound was great, but the “collar” kept turning and was very uncomfortable. I went back to the Bose Soundsport, saved $100 and am much happier.

The best head set that I've ever had! Sometimes it's hard to keep it still on my neck and the earbuds hang loose but I can make calls, I listen to music without external noise interruptions and they are very comfortable.

I use my Bose noise canceling headphones at work to drown out chatter and other noises while Auditing medical charts. They have great sound and do their job at canceling background noise. I would recommend to anyone.....worth the money!

I’ve had different headphones in my life, however I feel these are the best to date. The sound quality and noise cancellation option are amazing. I would recommend these headphones to anyone who loves enjoying their music.

This is a good piece and I like it only problem I had was that it kept irritating my neck but overall sound quality is the best

The effects and sound quality is too good. Neck band is not so tight. So, it keep rotating around.
