Got it on 1 day! +1 star - Sound quality is as great as my QC 30, QC 20, QC 25. -3 stars - The power button though takes a bit of force to push and turn on. Not sure if it's my set but the power button shouldn't take so much force to turn on in my opinion. Why couldn't they have made a switch like the QC 30, QC 15, and the QC 20??? I might have bring this thing into a best buy store and see if it's an issue with my set or if they're all like this. If it's all stiff, I might return this albeit I do prefer these over my QC 30. I love Bose gear but not sure about recommending this to a friend. Hey Bose, if you see my review, ping me and let me know your thoughts on the power button issue.

I could do this with a $20 in-ear ear phones. Sound system is good, but the high cost of this product was mainly for noise cancelling.

Just okay, for the price I expect more

They didn’t work well with Siri and would routinely cut out speech after a second or two. The neck band just felt hot and constraining after wearing for a bit.

To enable efficient noise cancellation, we recommend ensuring that you use the correctly-sized StayHear+ earbud tips. Three differently sized tips are included with the headphones, in Small, Medium and Large, and we recommend testing all three tips to find the most comfortable and efficient fit for you to enable maximum noise cancellation.
