The QuietControl 30 needs more work. Despite changing the silicone eartips for each side, testing different sizes, none provided a secure fitting. The sound is diminished and unless the volume is turned all the way up, getting enough volume is challenging. Don't lose your paperwork and don't forget the number of days you have to return them.
