Control noise canceling level

Neat to have the ability to control the level of noise canceling. Didn't like the collar around my neck. Felt bulky and never got used to the feeling.

Ok earplugs

Maybe they are meant to not completely isolate the user. When I am at the gym I seem to isolate most of the noise but I still hear some of the machines making noise. I went to the movies with someone and did not like the movie, so I pulled the earplugs to listen to some video, and I still could hear all the dialogue of the movie. I remember going to the Bose store and trying on some of the wired isolating earplugs. The sales person played some jet turbin noise real loud and I couldn't hear a thing. I really thought these would work the same. I have tried the different sizes of plugs that came in the package to no avail. I am disappointed.

It's OK
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It's not what I expect from Bose, and I'm not convinced that it is worth the price, but it's ok. The design causes it to rotate around your neck with the slightest movement. If i put it on, by the time I back out of the driveway I' readjusting it. The sound from the outside is allowed to pass through, and in order to block it out you have to put the volume all the way up. This can be both good and bad depending on what you are doing. Battery life is ok, but not what you'd expect, and the reception is ok, not great! Would I recommend it, Maybe, maybe not. It's better than some that I've had, and not bad enough that I have returned it yet, but I'm just not wowed with it.
