They continue to get entangled in my camera and at times I feel like I am choking on the headphone collar. Otherwise all is well with the product.

Wish the app let you choose to get all receiving calls from the headset without having to select it each and every time I get a call. I use this mainly for making business calls, so that time consuming. Responses have been sorry I can't hear you. I didn't have this issue using my free headphones that came with my IPHONE. Only problem for me was the comfort which is why I chose the BOSE. Well, they are comfortable but thats about it. At this price point not worth it. You even have to turn the ringer down after every call cause the setting will not save to a low volume. I have purchased BOSE for years from 321 system to serval headphones, sound link mini, alarm clock never had any issues. I even called to get help from BOSE customer service to make sure all settings were good. They are, there has been one update since I bought them. I was excited thought I see an improvement but, no. BOSE PLEASE UPDATE APP so I can love this product just as I do all of my other products.
