Blue tooth doesn’t work with IPhone all the time

Seems there is a manufacturing flaw that while talking over the phone while using these headphones, the other person on the phone can not listen you clearly; sometimes voice also breaking up; I am not happy this device and will not buy it again in the future.

The rubber around each headset is falling off, the black coating is rubbing off & just last week 1 if the speakers went out and it just doesn't hold up well. It does sound nice just for music but when you're speaking to someone they can hardly hear you because the speaker is on the outside of the ear. Oh and by the way... I just returned them to Best buy last night where I purchased them.
