Great sound, poor phone useability.

The problem was others could not hear me when using the phone side of the headset. Everyone had to keep asking what I said if there was any kind of background noise at all. Got to be quite annoying especially considering the hands free phone usage was critical in the equipment consideration. Had to return them. This price point should not have this kind of problem.

I thought, might as well not have that same issue and move to wireless, just didn't work for me. I didn't have any issue with the cord length or ear fit but my issue was that the collar would turn on me. This was constant when you didn't have the ear buds in and annoying. I'm still a Bose fan, just not enamored with this design. I do still use my 2nd pair of SoundSport wireless daily but now I still need a noise cancelling pair.
