I have had these for several months and am happy with the way they work. Switching devices can be a pain but other than that I have no problems.

I do like the wireless earbuds, wish they were a little smaller as I have child like ears, but they work well and I love being wire free from my devices.

Sound quality great but it’s too tight on the neck for me as I am a big guy

I had the wired "Noise Cancelling" headphones before and these are far superior to the Bluetooth version. If I am going to pay a high price for an Item, I want it to function as a high price Item. I normally use them for "long trips" on an airplane but I tried them and I could still hear a lot of the ambient noise. Also, the sound quality is not that of a "Bose". I returned the item to the store and went with a regular wired noise cancelling version.

The only drawback to this product is if you're a driver it will get caught up in your seatbelt because it hangs down around your chest.

I was stunned by how effective these earphones are at blocking noise. On an airplane, all the on-board noise was reduced to a faint, benign hiss. Paired easily with my smartphone and tablet. Would recommend these to anyone wanting noise-cancelling earphones/headphones.

By be an in-ear and not over-the-ear model, brings less noise isolation from other model. Need to admit that i am a little disappointed.

The headphone sound awesome when they are actually playing. Every 10 to 15 seconds of music they would cut out for a few seconds. It was frustrating, I read reviews that they cut out occasionally but no big deal, well it was a big deal to me, I heard static more then music. Bose could not give me a clear reason why so I Returned them

This is one of the best Bluetooth headset I have ever used but to tell you the truth, it’s is very uncomfortable on the neck as it spins.

Great for travel! Small case fits easily into backpack. Sometimes is a pain to connect to phone between uses, isn’t always recognized.

I damaged my nose plug in noise cancelling ear phones on a trip and was hesitant to try the Bluetooth version but with my iPhone 7 they work great. Comfortable and definitely don't miss the cord. Love the adjustable noise cancelling and battery life is great

Returned item. Didn't realize it was Bluetooth only and therefore wouldn't connect to aircraft audio system which is why I bought it.

Great sound, unbelievable noise reduction. But the dangling earbuds were a dealbreaker for me.

For $300.00 you would expect the Bose QuietControl to come over to your house and cook you dinner, but unfortunately that would never happen. It's a good product for SOME phones like the Motorola Z Force but the sound quality on phones like my IPhone 7 plus was complete garbage when talking with other people and the music quality wasn't all that great as well. If you want to spend $300 dollars on something don't waste it on this product.

Sound was exceptional but mic causes horrible reception for others when using phone in anyplace with background noise. Others could not hear half of conversation. returned item. Expected much better with this brand and price point.

These headsets were possibly the best sounding 1/4 music I've ever had but among the worst I've had for using when making calls. The microphone was absolutely substandard nobody could hear me without me taking the microphone and putting it right against my mouth. For $300 totally unacceptable unless you're just ended listing there to music.

The Bad: Ive had 3 sets of these fail within the year. (3rd one mic wont work so again i need to return.) Problem is that with Best by, each time you return, you need to repay the $75 warranty charge. so even though they keep replacing, i will have paid an EXTRA $300 in warranty replacement charges. SORRY, BUT THAT IS NUTS. Their performance is good when they work. Overall, a good compromise between quality an size, and they are small and easy to carry and wear traveling. I use them a lot in my work for business calls, on airplanes to quite the noise, etc. but if there were ANY other company that made one that was even close, i would never purchase them again. Also, it is nuts to have to keep repaying a warranty charge for a product that doesnt even live a year. (I am not rough on them but I use them pretty consistently.)

Theses headsets are awesome, the reason for the 4 stars is because the cord just hangs. They should be retractable.

This did not stay in my ears well. Also google assist did not work well with my phone.
