Audio cuts out frequently, Bluetooth range is not up to par, I can be 5 feet from my phone and it already starts to lose connection. Really, Bose??? And the dangling earpieces are just downright irritating. I'm keeping the set but will also look around for another set, 'not from Bose.

Initially thought it was a signaling issue, but now a short. Used them while cutting the grass, I sweat and now the volume and noise cancelling switch have quite working. Taking to Bose this week to see what service is like.

They didn’t think this one through. To call on it was so bad u had to put the mic by your lips so people could hear u talk right. Got the BOSE 35 II way better n great thing I did after this keep going down.

The issue was in sound cancel mode the headphones would develop a static sound that would go away if i would move the headphone cord. For the price of these i wouldn't expect issues like that. I took them back, i'm sure it was a rare pair and most of these are really good.

But the Battery really needs work. The fact the ear pieces does not retract also makes it a little annoying. Take a chance if you like great sound and no battery life.
