These head phones were great but once I put them in my pocket, the Bluetooth connection would fail and becomes choppy. I really wanted to love these and it hurts to return them but I need them to work all the time not just some of the time for the price.

My purchase helps me keep my hands free so I can work while enjoying my music. A great buy!

Neckband keeps rotating during movements. Not good for workouts, running or walking, every 10 steps I keep adjusting the neckband which is kinda annoying. It's got very good noise cancellation.

When I received this item I wasn't sure if I would like it but I thought if the noise cancelling feature actually worked it would be worth it. First, the noise cancellation feature is great. I say it is great because you can change it so that you are getting just the amount of outside noise that you want. In my house everything seems to echo so noise cancellation is very important to me. However, after everyone else is in bed and there is little noise in the house I cannot tell that the headphones have noise cancellation at all. This isn't a bad thing at all. The headphones are also more comfortable than the average set of headphones. I can wear the headphones for hours and barely remember that I am wearing them. They are exceptionally comfortable. As for the music, I have no problem with these headphones. They connect easily with my phone (and can actually connect with two devices at the same time) through bluetooth and stay connected. With some headphones I have noticed they connect easily but then disconnect easily when you don't want them to. That is not a problem I have experienced with these headphones. Right now I am using the headphones for noise cancellation so it is easier to concentrate and listening to a song. Most of the time, I like songs with a good beat and good bass. These headphones have no problem with songs like that. I can almost feel the beat, which is not something I have experienced with most headphones. For someone looking for good headphones with noise cancellation and who does not mind the in-ear headphones this is a great choice. The one downside, though, is that I have long hair and sometimes the little collar that goes around your neck can catch on my hair. For some people the little half collar around the neck may be a problem, too. I barely notice it unless I have my hair down since my hair can get caught on it. I find the little collar comfortable (but quite loose) but for some people it might feel heavy after awhile. The pros outweigh the cons but it is necessary to mention that there are some cons to this product.

I really enyoy using all of the Bose headphones. I buy all of my electronic products from Best Buy.

Love these headphones, only thing is I wish they would stay in my ear a little easier--maybe just need some getting used to.

Easy to connect to my iPod and compact. Stays on my neck well while working outside.

The fit in the ears is not that great, if you have to have them on for more than an hour they begin to feel uncomfortable. Plus the sound cancelation is 100% dependent on the perfect fit so it’s hard to get it right.

You can't charge the unit while you where it and you can't use it on airplane when a movie is playing or plug into the aircraft entertainment system so you really need two pairs your back up with the plugin cord. FWI I travel a lot.

I have never..been a big fan of the around he neck ear phones...until now. Out of the box these were ready to go, pairing is very easy, especially if you utilize the Bose Connect app. I tried without as well and it all worked flawlessly across both Android and Apple platforms. The QC30 comes with three silicone ear piece sizes. My 11 and 14 year old both found these to fit well and I went for medium. The ear buds don't jam into your ear but rather seal nicely and the fit pieces hold them in place securely. While I am not a runner I suspect you could run with these as long as you don't mind the ring around your neck, I did some heavy yard work and wore them to the gym with no problems. The sound is INCREDIBLE and the noise cancelling works well with both music and phone calls. The bass is deep but not distorted while the mid range and highs have a spacial quality BOSE is known for. I tested everything from classical, Rock, R&B/hip-hop, country and even some classical all of which sounded AWESOME. The controls can't be seen while wearing them which didn't take long to get used to and the owners manual spells the location and function out well. Using the BOSE Connect app only makes these more user friendly and you can control volume as well as the strength of noise cancellation. I used these in very crowded, loud rooms for both music and phone calls, performance was flawless. They can drown out everything from power tools to the annoying person at a restaurant. Battery life is as good as or better than listed. Two days in a row I ran it for 10 plus hours plus and the battery indicator turned from green to amber indicating I still had some left. Charging is done through the included mini USB cable. These do come with a hefty price tag but it is a great product that can replace all of your other headphone and bluetooth earpiece products.
