Great product minus for calls

They last a couple of days and then they don't work well at all. Manufacturer won't do anything about it they know they have a problem with these headphones. Don't buy tbem!!!!

If you buy this try to listen some good music with this head phone and try same music with a wired head phone you feel the difference.

I also felt like the noise canceling on these is not as good as the wired QuietComfort 20. I really wanted to love these, but in the end I returned them and went back to my QuietComfort 20.

One thing we wanted to mention is that when the adjustable noise reduction on the QC30 headphones is set to its highest setting, it should be comparable to the noise reduction of the QC20 headphones. Neither lived up to the hype, especially in comparison to the Apple AirPods Pro. Additionally, the plastic collar was too small for my neck, and so I returned them. I appreciate Best Buy’s return policy within 14 days of purchase, which was very easy and handled with no hassle. I’ll probably give Bose another chance in the future but I’ll be cautious.

The noise reduction is also not as good as the previous Bose wired version or the wireless overear model.
