    The sound quality is much worse than qc 25. (I don't have qc35 yet) That's why I returned it.

    There is not much difference in sound compare to the cheaper model sound sport (which I gave to my daughter) . Disappointed because the equipment is not recommended for people with large neck. As soon you bend your head to the right side it loose the connection. last the button to turn on/off it is small and hard to press...

    I really liked these headphones for the first day i used them. Then they started emitting this random horrible noise (think the needle of a record player dropping on a record very loudly and unexpectedly) to the point where i stopped wearing them and returned them the next day. Not sure what happened but i expected better from Bose.

    in this price, the product not perform in good condition. the battery only can use 4 hours.

    Too much noise from my side during talk

    The name of headphones is quiet control, but when into the talk, people from other side of phone talk listen too much noise aside with me. Hard to listen what I say. Not comfortable if you on the road a lot.probanly Will work OK only inside the building, with quiet environment.

      I am sorry to hear that you are having difficulty with your headphones and you found the noise cancelling was not as it should be. In this instance, I would recommend resetting the headphones.

      To reset your product:
      • Power off your product, then wait 30 seconds
      • Connect your product to a wall outlet using a USB charger, then wait five seconds
      • Disconnect the USB cable from the headset, then wait one minute
      • Power on your product

    Normally I'm a fan of Bose products but this isn't one. I bought these headphones trying to find ones that I can use for conversation and also for music during gym workouts. I really wasn't impressed with the sound output of these in comparison to the ones Sony, Jabra, Beats, and even the JBL Under Armour make in this category. Considering the price tag on these it should've surpassed all the brands I previously mentioned. Like many other reviews mention these headphones have very soft bass which becomes softer in a noisy gym. The overall maximum sound level is still weak once you're in a noisy place. The mic on it muffles conversations and the person you're talking to will eventually become frustrated. I ended up returning them.
