The sound is excellent as you would expect from a Bose product. I expected that the earbuds would not stay in your ear very well but they did. Used while mowing the yard for a couple of hours. After I was done checked the battery and it was at 90%. VERY GOOD. The only negative about these is that the neck is not adjustable. It is very cool that you can adjust the level of noise cancelling. I found that this feature was very good, but not as good as the over the ear noise cancelling headphones that I have tried. Comes with a carrying case and 3 different sized ear covers.

Great Bose sound with flaws

My complaint with this particular headset is that there is no pass through for listening while traveling. I still have a wired Bose headset so I decided to keep them but for the price they should definitely have built this into the design. If you’re not bothered by not being able to use the headset wired then these are a great option. Phone calls come through crystal clear and the sound is great. Battery life is good as well. If you prefer a pass through option then you should consider going with the noise cancelling ear pods or the over the ear models.

While these claim "noise reduction" they mean that the headphones remove background noise for you to listen to music, etc. I wanted something that removed background noise on the microphone. That was not the case. I returned them.

Absolutely the worst thing I have experienced from Bose. I felt like I was bata testing. I don't recommend because they are way overpriced for such mediocre active noise cancelation, and lame sound quality. Not what I expect from Bose.

There is a short and/or defect that does NOT show up until at least 6 months of use! Do NOT buy these headphones unless you want to constantly trade them in every six months or so!

Do not work on international Flights

Not worth the money

Neck wrap constantly turning around just from wearing it. Just wasn't as comfortable as they looked. Surprised Bose didn't do better on this headset!

These Bose headphones dont hold up

I cannot afford the warranty fee of $70.00. I cant find anything else comparable. The problem is that the person Im calling cannot hear me talking.

Decent, However needs improvement

Sometimes wind and high pitched sounds can make it through (over all, well done). Wearability: They can be extremely awkward to wear unless your just sitting down and not making a lot of movements. Don't even think about running or going to the gym in them. The neck ring tends to spin one way or the other when there is movement or sweating around the neck. This causes the wire to pull on the ear bud. sucks Bluetooth: Absolutely completely is so frustrating and extremely super annoying that I question why the HE!! am I wearing these stupid things. Needs MAJOR improvement. If you turn your head the wrong way sound cuts out, turn your body- sound cuts out and breaks up. Move your phone to your back pocket, yep you guessed it! Sound breaks up. I literally have to hold the phone within 2' straight shot to get through a playlist. I have paired the headphones with several devices to see if it was just my apple device. It was not. Here is a list, iPhone 6s,6s plus, 7-7plus, 8, galaxy note, google pixel, iPad Pro and Moto Z2. BOSE!!!! Please make and update patch for this or send a new fixed set to the people who paid $300 for these paper weights. I recommend buying them, waiting a week or so then trading them in to say the bluetooth doesn't work. At least Bose will be having to do a 2 for 1. Ha, I did it.

I am by no means an audiophile so I won't pretend to know if these meet some level of quality that true audiophiles will require. But I am someone that listens to music daily and know what a great sounding headphone should be. These continue to meet my expectation for headphones that come from Bose. There was no shock there. What did shock me was how comfortable they were to wear even with the band resting on my neck (I barely noticed it there and I'm not a fan of having something on my neck like that). The earbuds themselves were surprisingly comfortable despite the size...and the design made them securely stay in place without feeling like I was wearing something that had to be shoved deep into my ear. I was able to walk a decent distance from my connected device (my iPhone and my MacBook Pro) without losing connection or sound quality. I did not experience any breaking up as mentioned by another reviewer. Battery life if exceptional. And the noise canceling is great. Although these don't 100% block out the background noise they do mute it to an almost indistinguishable noise level when the feature is turned to it's highest level. It's also excellent at using for phone calls. I was able to have a conversation while at a very loud and crowded high school football game where the caller was able to hear me clearly in spite of the noise level around me. Ultimately I would definitely recommend these to anyone that wants a quality wireless earbud style headphone that offers the perk of acoustic noise canceling. Definitely a comfortable high quality headphone.
