    Terrible Headphones with issues

    Had these for a few months and they are garbage when talking on the phone. They disconnect from Bluetooth more than usual. Now I will say the music is great when it actually works but Overall these headphones are crap. Please stay away until Bose fixes everything!

    The earbuds are great in terms of listening quality, comfort, etc. However, one of them just physically broke (in my ear when wearing it) after one year and 9 months. They are not built to last, I am not buying these again.

    Sound quality is awful. This does seem to be a problem only with the black ones after I did some research. Unfortunately have to return for a different color.

    Bad noise cancelation

    If you gonna use them at the gym or walking on the park they perfect. but for my job as a landscaper they pick up the noise from the blower or mower really bad I won't recommend them at all. Go with some jbl for $60 they will do the same job.

It can occur that the earbuds won't block out 100% of very loud noises (e.g. a blower or mower); however, they should still reduce this noise considerably. I'd recommend making sure that you have the right eartip and stability band combination, as a secure fit is crucial to good noise canceling.     Great sound quality, but this is my second pair in a year and the left headphone quits charging.

    I’m sure there’s better ones out there. These are so sensitive to touch makes them annoying. When I get a call other party has a difficult time hearing me. If I try to readjust them in my ears while on a call with someone it will hangs up. Over all it is just an expansive earbuds but unnecessary unfortunately.

    Random noises and stutters.

    I have these earbuds and thought they would be better than AirPod pros, but I was incorrect. They don’t fit in my ear very well even after trying all sizes. They make random noises and stutter a lot when listening to music. The noise cancellation is not any better then AirPods especially since it will not fit I. The ear good. Immersion settings are kinda cool though.

If the standard eartip sizes don't fit, you could try the alternate XS or XL sizes that are sold separately.     These are the worst headphones i bought. The charging port tore up in a month. And bose.com has the worst support to get them replace. They have the worst connection problems also Do not buy i repeat for a 300 dollar headphones

    After only two months, the earbuds keep disconnecting from all my devices all the time. I reached out to Bose's customer service. Guess what, they ask me to pay more for an upgrade. If you have to buy these, don't buy from BestBuy, cause you can return them in 90 days only if you buy from Bose.com. Otherwise good luck. I will never ever buy anything from Bose again. Shame on them.
