First of all I want to say that I only returned this pair because my phone doesnt support aptx adaptove. Otherwise it has the best audio quality and best anc. Transparency is on par or better than apple airpods pro

Excellent Sound and features.. Different modes available for different location situations. I have three different ear buds and these are my favorites by far.

At first the noise cancel, sound quality is great but then after not even 1 yr - Low volume out of right ear, sound quality of product fades over time. The second pair we bought I can’t get it to connect to my phone . Not buying Bose products anymore. this is my third pair of earbuds. The 300$ price tag is not justified by broken earbuds that are not lasting more than a year

Great sound quality and durability. Easy to pair to my phone and they have stood up against sweat etc.

My on-line order was ready very quick at my chosen location. My 2nd. set of Bose Ear Buds, I work in a very loud enviroment, these block grinding, banging noise of a weld shop and allow me to hear if someone calls.

I wanted an upgrade from the around the neck beat earbuds. I have Best Buy recommended a Bose set of earbuds with noise, cancellation, and an incredible sound system that you can use the equalizer to adjust the bass and treble. By far the best pair earbuds I’ve ever had

Amazing sound quality! I lost my previous pair and was devastated. I can’t go to any other brand since these buds provide the quality I look for. The noise cancelling is superb and I love that it has different sound features.

These arrived really fast, they are top of the line for ear buds, the noise canceling is second to none. Highly recommend these ear buds. Best Buy delivery and customer service was, as always, fantastic!

The rebate quick to connect and have a great sound as well as great noise cancellation. My two pods of another brand were intermittent in functioning.

Great sound quality. Worth every penny. Purchased as a gift and so far no complaints

A 3 out of ten, at best. Would not recommend. The case’s flip top is flimsy, and the buds are difficult to get out of the case when on the go. Also not wireless charging capable. I’ll admit that the noise cancellation is excellent. But the volume is so low in the buds that it’s pointless. Lastly, while the touch feature seems handy, just the slightest brush changes settings. So it’s more of a pain than a convenience.
