I'm sorry to hear you've had issues connecting to a previously paired device. That certainly shouldn't be happening. Once stored in the case and removed again, the buds will always search for the most recently paired device first. You can also manage connections via the Bose Music app if you wish to switch to a different device.

We would advise general caution when using any electronic product (Bose or non-Bose) at maximum volume, as this could cause damage to the listener's hearing over time. Whether 1 ear stop working, or static sound arises, and also where the ear-bud slips out your ear, you have to be very careful with them not slipping out...

Bang of the buck and long battery life

It is not a smooth switch as the later blue tooth technologies promise. And the worst part is that the ACN is completely not working for me. I am taking them back this weekend.

Gets 2 stars only for the good noise cancelation otherwise goose egg! No wireless charging case, that’s $50 + extra on their site. No find my earbuds, it was dropped from these, really!! These are small and often misplaced.. Have my phone in my pocket and the connection is often spotty and yes I’ve updated all. Bose is overpriced and overrated!! Pass on these guys!
