Great Sound & Comfort Easy set up, connecting is effortless

I purchased these as a Christmas present for my fiance. Suffice it to say, they loved it, especially complementing sound quality and the overall comfort of the headphones. And these headphones were put through their first field test not soon thereafter: my fiance used them during our flight from California to DC (and back) for the holidays. Suffice it to say, he had a more pleasant flight experience than me because he couldn't hear anything - even though there was a rambunctious toddler sitting behind us and a crying infant on the way home. The headphones also came in a very handsome and sturdy case.

Works great. Great sound quality, great noise cancelling, great battery.

Bose get 5 stars because of the quality of sound and the softness of the earmuffs

I got them because I’m autistic, and wanted noise cancelling headphones, these help block out noise but also about to hear using the aware button if I need to hear what someone saying better. I west them all day while at home, good for autistic people want the comfort around ears while making noise less disturbing.

I had my pair for for 10 years from my wife and they are still going strong. So when my wife asked for a pair of good noise cancelling headphones these are the best hands down. They haven't changed in 10 years, that tells you something. Now about Best buy they are the last of a dieing breed, what I mean by that is I texted a live person about a price match on amazon being a lot less money over $100 less and they matched it and to top it off they reminded me that I have rewards to use which dropped the price even lower. This isn't the only time Best Buy employees have done this for me, it has been about 3 times that the employee looked out for for me and saved me $$.

These are great! Lightweight, comfortable and the noise cancelling works really well. They came with a nice, hard case. They fold up inside the case.

Can wear for hours confortable . Sound is absolutely amazing . The only negative which is on me figure out which settings is best to talk on phone alot of background noise on other end so far . But sure there is a setting im missing .

I got the Bose QuietComfort headphones for my wife, and she loves them way more than her old Beats in-ear headphones. Those were always falling out and just weren’t cutting it anymore. These Bose headphones are super comfortable—she can wear them for hours without any complaints—and the sound quality is amazing. It’s clear and balanced, not overly bass-heavy, which she really appreciates. The noise-canceling is next level too. Whether she’s working, listening to music, or just needing some quiet time, they’ve been perfect. Honestly, these were worth every penny.

Overall I’m really happy with these. I’ve had them a month and they work perfect 99% of the time. I did expect more noise cancellation when it comes to people talking, but after some research it seems the technology can only do so much with certain frequencies. I have noticed that occasionally if I get a call while watching a video, after I decline, the video audio disappears for 10-15 seconds while the video plays. It may be a YouTube app issue or could be these. It’s not often enough that it’s really an issue for me, but is the only “problem” I’ve found. The charge holds well and I definitely don’t have to charge them as often I my AirPods. I don’t really use these for working out but I don’t think they’d be ideal, as they sit looser on my head.
