Thought the price point would change things but no. Great patio speaker, sound distorts around 15 feet. Bass feels high close to the speaker but turns into mid tone past that. There is options to adjust bass and treble if you’re hooking in but not on Bluetooth. Awesome effort but money wasted.

But the reason I own it, is because the mic interference doesn't occur when I am near it, or cross in front of it by mistake. So this is important for me when I am performing. But I do wish sound wise, it would deliver a better sound. At times the sound almost feels too muted. Hence I give it 4 stars, not 5.

Love Bose products, but.....

I purchased this as a portable speaker for when I do movies outside and music while camping. This speaker I unfortunately had to return to BestBuy. It was the first Bose product I have had to return. I still think you should give it a shot! It is an amazing speaker!

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.For vocals, this unit is great and projects clear audio at multiple distances - however there is almost no low-end below 90Hz which means you would need to pair these with a dedicated sub-woofer to gain full sound. I am surprised Bose didn't implement their wave technology into this model to increase enclosure volume while keeping the small size. Great for small/medium sized acoustic events, but again would definitely need a dedicated sub-woofer for full-stage sound.
