Bass lacking

Sadly, the bass is pretty weak and not what I expected from Bose. I kept it because it was a great upgrade but if you are looking for bass, you may want to pass

If you'd like even more, we also have our Bass Module 500 and Bass Module 700 available which you can purchase separately and connect to your Soundbar 600 via the Bose Music app.

Bose smart soundbar 600

When I brought it back to Best Buy, they said there was nothing with it. I hooked it back up to the TV and it worked for a week, but then the same thing happened: no sound for the TV. When I hooked up my Samsung soundbar, it worked fine!!!!!

Posted .Hi John! If your TV sound suddenly cuts out, this doesn't mean your Smart Soundbar 600 is defective, but that the HDMI-CEC communication between TV and soundbar needs tweaking. This problem can occur across different manufacturers (if your TV is also Samsung, this might explain why your Samsung soundbar doesn't have this issue). I would recommend trying each different CEC setting in the Bose app, by going to Settings > Power > "HDMI Power and Audio". If that doesn't fix it, please contact our support team for further troubleshooting help: https://support.bose.com/s/get-help-landing-page?language=en_US. Only thing i don’t find it good is the dialogue quality. Sound and bass are pretty good for a small to mid size room

That was the only way it would work. Bose states it is incompatible with the computer. More or less wasted money.

Posted .Hi! The soundbar can be connected via Bluetooth and airplay if your computer is compatible. However, most computers do not have an optical or hdmi arc connection which means you will be unable to connect the soundbar via a wired connection.
