    Ordered open box, i was expecting all accessories included in the package, however I have received only the sound bar. Very disappointed with this purchase and returned it.

    JUNK! Got stuck in an infinite loop software update. Mailed back for a factory reset and update latest software, got back yesterday, worked for less than 30 seconds before it went into a software update that will not resolve, infinite loop. Many, Many Many calls into customer service and this is not a usable product. DO NOT BUY BOSE!!!

    Wont set up even after spending 40 mints

    Bought Open Box with Excellent Condition. HDMI cable was missing and Piece was defective. Best buy should have checked before reselling it. I tried 40 mints to set up with all options available on internet but unfortunately couldnt set up. WASTE OF TIME.

    I should’ve paid more attention to the reviews. Sometimes this thing works. Others it doesn’t. I continually need to unplug the speaker, and then plug it back in again after a minute or so. Not what I would expect from the Bose product. And, of course, I’m past the return date. I can no longer return this piece of junk. Majorly disappointed!

    The Bose system is very complex to set-up and still doesn't work after Geek Squad spent 3 hours trying to get it set up. Still no sound from the surround sound speakers, unacceptable. The connection between the app and the equipment is a challenge. The system isn't worth the time and effort to hopefully get it to work properly. Don't buy it.

    Constantly loosing connection with my Sony TV even though it is a wired connection. I wasted money on this device. Now I just use my TV’s audio. It was a pain always to turn off and on this device while watching movies

      Hi Ares, I'm sorry to hear your Smart Soundbar 600 is losing connection with your TV! Usually this doesn't mean the soundbar is defective, but that the HDMI-CEC settings in the Bose app may need changing. There are various options listed under Settings > Power > "HDMI Power and Audio", so give them a go, and see if one of them resolves the audio cutouts. Lastly, if using two remotes (one for the TV, one for the soundbar) is a bit of a bother, you could program your TV's remote - if it's a universal remote - to control both the TV and the soundbar.     Great sound bar after the initial setup

    Great sound for the price range. I love the design of the soundbar as it is nice and sleek. The black design helps it disappear into the darkness below the TV so it is not noticeable or distracting. The sound quality from this sound bar is great, it gets very loud and the sound fills the room. The app it self is pretty straight forward and easy to use once the device is setup. It negates the need for using the remote as you can control the input, volume, and other settings for the soundbar from the app itself. A problem I had was for some reason my soundbar would not connect to the app properly initially and I spent a good amount of time trouble shooting those steps at the beginning. One time I turned on the tv and the sound bar stopped working completely with the TV and wouldn't output any sound at all. I tried connecting it to bluetooth as well and it would not output any sound neither. I thought I received a faulty unit until I started researching this problem and it seemed like this was a known issue among these devices. After factory resetting the device and going through the hassle of getting it set up properly on the app which I had issues with again I got it working. The app seems to be a double edged sword with this soundbar. Once it is setup properly and working then it works great, but when it is not working then it becomes a lot of trouble to get working again. I would recommend buying this speaker with a subwoofer as I noticed the sound bar lacks a little in the bass department, but for the size and the price of this sound bar that is easily overlooked.

      For audio issues, I would recommend trying either option 4 or 5 first from the HDMI Power and Audio section, before trying any other options.
