    So I have been trying to find a simple sound system that will not absolutely break the bank. I was a bit reluctant on soundbars, but the Bose Soundbar 600 really blew me away. Out of the box, I once again admired the build quality of Bose products. It is more compact than Bose's 900, and if I had to be honest, not as aesthetically pleasing as its predecessor. However, you can't win it all. You have options for connectivity with HDMI and optical. They have graciously included both types of cables. If you want to take full advantage of the Dolby Atmos, my understanding is that connecting HDMI ARC is the way to go, which is how I did it. It does have Amazon's Alexa for voice control which may be a con for others not in the ecosystem. It unfortunately does not support other smart assistants. In terms of the sound, I was blown away by the crisp highs and mids. The bass was just enough for me, but obviously they do want people to buy the supplementary subwoofer if you crave that bass. There was no distortion or muffling. Film dialogue was especially crisp and I could actually understand it instead of depending on subtitles. Music was a joy to listen to. All in all, Bose delivers a really good package that you cannot go wrong with.

This means you can control the Soundbar through a Google Assistant-enabled device, over Wi-Fi.     Disappointed ..First time I bought a Bose product and not happy ..Not the best sound I bought a vizio and it was so much better ..My older Bose tv system from 25 years ago which I still use in the living room sounds 100% better..

    This never played right. Two days after the 1year warranty expired, it stopped playing all together. I trusted the Bose name. Never again.

    Had three visits from Geek Squad to install and fix this soundbar from defaulting to the TV speakers. They could not fix the problem, so I returned the item.

    It took me a little bit to get started with this one because I couldn't program it to the app. Now that's out of the way, I can tell you how much I really was shocked at the sound! I always knew Bose had top of the line electronics, but even this was shocking to me with the amount of sound that came out of such a small soundbar. I love the way that is sounds, but I also love the app how you can program the four different music settings like the bass, treble, hi channel, and center channel. I had to double check a few times just to make sure that bass box for my old surround sound system wasn't on, because it is crazy how much bass comes from the tiny sound bar! The soundbar I currently have is double the size, it doesn't even come a tiny bit close to deep bass like this sound bar does! I also love the fact that right out of the box, I didn't have to program my remote to work with the sound bar. The one thing that I didn't like, was that the remote that came with it didn't light up in any kind of way. When you're watching a movie, and you want to turn the music up, or mute it, you have to turn your light on unless you're familiar with the remote itself. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this soundbar to anyone for this price!

    Bose soundbar 600 is crap.. It just stops playing from the tv. The only thing you can do is unplug it and then plug it back in.

    Continually stopped working, had to reinstall it multiple times. I returned it, Think there is a problem with it and LG tv’s.

    Most TV's have great sound to go along with great picture. However there are times when there a times some enhanced sound would be beneficial. Sports, movies, and video games are where enhanced sound is needed. The Bose Smart Soundbar 600 fits the bill perfectly. Bose makes many different soundbars at various prices. This soundbar is a good midrange option that provides enhanced sound including bass. It also is a smart soundbar which means it will connect to your wi-fi network for updates and the ability to run apps directly on the device. I installed the SiriusXM app and it worked perfectly. The phone app is easy to use and provides the needed features to manage the device. As far as sound, the lower range of bass is very impressive. The sound is rich and really adds to video game expereince. The rest of the sound range is very good as well. The remote is easy to use. The soundbar itself is smaller than many soundbars and fits well on a stand or mounted on the wall. It comes with an hdmi and optical audio cable.

    Had pre order it and when i plug it in for the first time, it wasnt working. There wasnt any sound coming out of the sound bar. I have returned it and havent bought another one yet.

    Not a good fit for my Samsung Smart TV

    Returned it because it was not compatible at all with my 2021 Samsung 65” Smart TV! It installed easily, but severely interacted with my settings (audio & HDMI) and caused a number is “issues” that were just not able to be overcome. I thought resetting and doing a full new install would help - NOT! As such, boxed it up and returned it.
