    Product is weak in bass sound, Cannot seem to fix it with remote supplied. Cannot fine tune volume level.

    This is awful!!! Bought the Virually Invisible II and sub module with it. Yeah its easy to setup, but boy is the sound quality for movies bad. I mean its ok sounding and better than SOME tv speakers, but for $1500 this is not worth it!!! Our $300 Samsung sound bar sounded better than this whole system. We played with all the settings and watched YouTube etc….i also hates that uou had to go into an app to make adjustments.

    Buyer beware

    Bought this sound bar and had it for exactly 17 days. Was working good up until that day. Sound was not coming out for some reason. I tried basic stuff. Turning it off and on. Unplugging it for awhile. Still was not working. So I dived deep into it. Started to research online. I did a soft rest. Nothing. Check my tv settings for everything. It was good. So I ended up doing a hard reset. I had the app removed Bose 600 from it. Reset it all. Walked through the steps again like it was brand new. Tv setting were correct also. After walking through it again like brand new. It still did not work. Did not produce sound. Tried returning it but they said it was past the 15 days. So no I have to go through manufacture warranty steps. End of the day do not buy it. These are expensive and not worth it. It hasn’t been a full 3 weeks and it crapped out. It should be plug and play and work. Then crap out maybe in like 8-10 years. Won’t be buying from Best Buy due to their warranty and won’t be buying this brand again.

    Bose customer support is a joke. Bose has issues with LG tv's and even the replies from Bose here on these 1 star reviews dont work, heck even the supplied links from Bose dont work. And Bose acts surprised while the internet is loaded with same complaints? Vizio and Sony soundbars have zero issues installing and running correct, while Bose has constant connection issues along with popping sounds and being out of sync
