Unreliable product.

The sound stops working, requiring power to be reset, or more complex workaround. Was dissuaded early on by their tech support from sending it in, as they said they had a backlog of months. Spent an hour at the time on the phone getting it to work .Now it's over 12 months old. For this price, I did not expect this.
