This bar with the sub had good bass at low volumes but when i turned it up the bass quickly drowned out. Then after about 15 min of use at medium volume the sub began to smoke so i just returned the entire system. Bar and sub..

I purchased the entire 5.1 surround system. The cords and converter boxes Bose used to wirelessly connect the surround speakers and sub are obnoxiously big. The sub is an amazing sub, it was the best part of the system. Sound bar was pitchy when seated at 60 deg angle. The rears would drop out and the entire system would glitch/skip it out when streaming music. I am a 30 year Bose fan and own several Bose high end products (901’s - 501’s etc....) that continue to play wonderful. The Bose app and remote are quirky as well. I was severely disappointed in this system, Bose has a long way to go to catch the simplicity of brand (S), which I exchanged this entire system for similar Sonos setup that works flawlessly.
