Multiple problems and difficult interface

While the sound quality is very very good the controls and troubleshooting techniques are absolutely horrible. I have had this soundbar since May and have had continuous problems. The soundbar is currently stuck in a update loop and has been for over 48 hours. After contacting customer service I attempted to reset the soundbar but since there are no real buttons or reset sensors on the soundbar it is pretty much impossible. If I could go back I would definitely have avoided this soundbar and all others similar to it that bose makes. Not happy at all.

You'll find almost all the controls you need to use the soundbar are available on the universal remote or in the Bose Music app which means there is no need for physical buttons on the soundbar itself!

This speaker is not capable of being added to a speaker group. If you have other speakers that use the soundtouch app this will not work with that either.
