Great Speaker Quality - lots of software problems

Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm getting close to the third time I'm going to have to factory reset this product to restore operability. It appears the device is trying to download an update and it has been stuck for hours. I'm not alone, just do a quick google search and you'll find many people having the problem. What's a real PITA is that after a factory restore, you have to resync all of your apps. Pandora, Amazon Alexa, everything. The whole process of identifying problems and actually fixing this stuff takes days in the real world to get things back to normal, then it is just a ticking time bomb until the problem happens again. I am reviewing 2 stars because of these problems, combined with the price of the product. Bose, get your act together.

Still cant connect to internet

Great sound bad quality

They force you to use an app that works half the time
