    Disappointed with the quality of this build. I like Bose in general but this is ridiculous. After you play a streaming music service like pandora it disconnects from the tv. To reset HDMI ARC connection you have to unplug it. If your plug is behind the entertainment center you are scewed. Have to unplug the unit everyday. Sound qality is ok. The rear speakers are useless. Don't waste your money on them.

    Defective unit. Best bu is giving me the run around, transferring me form one agent to another. All I want is an even exchange for a new unit that’s not defective!!!

    I am truly dissatisfied with this product because it gave me the “left to right white light” of death, after 20 hours or so of use. Also hard to use.

      Hi Anthony,

      I'm sorry to hear your Soundbar has stopped connecting after it lost connection. I recommend disconnecting your router from power for 5 minutes, While unplugged, disconnect the soundbar from power for 5 minutes too. Plug the internet router back in after the time has passed, then, reconnect the soundbar.

    Bose 900 Soundbar with Bose 700 bass speaker

    Connected the Bose 900 soundbar and Bose 700 speaker to my Sony TV expecting a big change in the sound quality. The Geek squad came out and set the system up. Highly disappointed. For what this Bose system cost, the sound is only slightly better than using the TV speakers. Overall I feel the system is way overrated!
