Great soundbar. Sounds good. Easy to set up. The only thing i don't like about it is the remote. The volume button is probably the most used feature and its a bit of a pain to use. And you would think with how much it cost it would light up. It looks like it belongs with a 200 soundbar.

Great sound quality, seems to have more clarity and power than thd 700. Although, i seem to havevto reset it more often and occasionally speakers will discknnect. Also. The remote for the 700 is much better and i believe compatible. I suggest giving the 900 remote if selling the 700 bar

Overall good but great if you pair it with the 700 subwoofer module. When they’re both on and working together it’s almost difficult to sit through a movie with the volume any higher than half. Certain scenes will shake everything in your living room. Expensive but worth the money if your into this kind of stuff

Bought this to replace my Samsung soundbar. This unit blows the Samsung soundbar out of the water. Has way more clarity, and can get very loud. Highly recommend if you’re looking at this specific model

    Bose Smart Soundbar 900

The Bose Smart Soundbar is an Excellent upgrade choice if you’re coming from a Bose Sound Touch 300 Soundbar or you’re wanting to upgrade to a Dolby Atmos system. But like Sony and Sonos Soundbars, you’ll want a subwoofer and surround speakers to complement the soundbar. Setup with the Bose Music App is vastly improved over the Bose Sound Touch App; gone is the frustrating step of connecting the bar to WiFi using the Sound Touch App. When setting up the 900 Soundbar using the Bose Music App, the ‘auto-lock’ feature on your mobile device may interfere with the setup, so you may want to temporarily disable that feature. To my non-audiophile ears, the Bose Smart Soundbar makes the sound in a room seem fuller, not necessarily louder, after running the ADAPTiQ process. The center channel is a lot more clearer on the 900 than on the Sound Touch 300, making dialogue on TV and movies much better. If you’re already a part of the Bose ecosystem or just like the way Bose speakers sound, you can’t go wrong with the Bose Smart Soundbar 900.

Everyone has their own opinions and some will tell you to get the Arc, the Q950A, or the Elevate. I considered all of them and honestly, I just found the Bose was better in the areas I cared about (accuracy, low distortion at high volume, and a great sound stage). The only other bar that had me questioning whether I wanted this or not, was the Vizio Elevate and that was only because you got the whole surround kit for less than the price of this bar alone. In the end, I found an open box bar and subwoofer, so the price difference was only about $500 and that was close enough for me to pull the trigger. Is the Elevate a good setup? Yes, but it needed all the extra pieces to compete with the Bose 900 without any accessories. Of course, the biggest detraction from the Elevate was that the surround speakers required a cable being run to the wireless subwoofer, whereas the Bose rear channels are completely wireless. If you know what you want, go for it, but for me, this Bar gave me all the great sound I needed and it works awesome with my LG C1, so I have about the best possible theater experience I can afford at home. If you want this bar and you can afford it, you will not regret the purchase.

So far, incredible speaker and couldn't be happier. Only issue I've run into is it no longer pairs with my AppleTV remote. No big deal, but it'd be nice to figure out what causes that

I bought the Bose 900 sound bar and it works great. Easy set up and the remote is also nice. I usually use my phone and the Bose app. to control volume. I can also really hear the voices of the actors on tv, which sound crystal clear for my old ears. I would recommend to buy the 900 if you want a nice, clean, easy, set up and great sound.

I got this soundbar during black Friday sale, and it's worth every penny. Excellent sound delivery both high and low notes, responsive base and surround sound and ATMOS effect. Bass module would add cherry on top.

The sound quality is superb and it is easy to set up and connect to a TV. It also easily connects to several ofher Bose speakers so you can listen to the same music throughout your home or outside.

Like most Bose products the sound quality and clarity is stellar. I upgraded from the Soundtouch 300 soundbar and to be truthful I don't notice a huge difference. I do notice that this bar is better for voice clarity than the Soundtouch. There are not a lot of movies with Dolby Atmos that it makes that big of difference over the Soundtouch 300. Overall I am very satisfied with it. It does not play well with Alexa Echo Dots though. Maybe if you had the Soundbar as your only Alexa devise it would be fine. This bar does not pair with the rest of the Dots as a group. After being on the phone with Bose Support for an hour and Amazon for another 45 minutes, neither had any good answers or remedy. The Dots will follow your commands and the bar keeps saying I don't understand that command. They are constantly fighting each other. Annoying enough that I have to use Google instead with the Soundbar as to not compete with the rest of the Dot crowd. That was very disappointing to find out. The same thing with my new Sony AJ80 TV. Now I have Google and Alexa. You get to the point you forget who you're talking to and its quicker to pick up the remote.

Sound quality is great, effectively covering the surround 'lite' that I was looking for in my Apartment. The mobile phone App is easy to manage the device and connect to my Bose headphones. Wish the TV didn't 'forget to use' the speaker unless I activate the app.

The sound fills the room. Before adding the sound bar I couldn't hear peoples voices during a movie. I added the Bose sound bar and not only could hear the voices you could hear other things in the movie you may have missed. I did't add the sub woofer and there is plenty of bass.

Enjoying the sound but having problems coordinating it with my Samsung TV. With the HDMI plugged into the speaker and ARC port on the TV, I turn off the Tv and a minute later, the sound bar turns on the TV. Mailed it into Bose and they're looking at it.

The Bose SoundBar 900 is an amazing product. The setup is super simple and user friendly. The sound is great, and having the ability to control it from an app is also outstanding! I don't think you can go wrong with this product.

This item has really good stereo imaging. That's about where the pros end. You need all the other devices like the sub and the surrounds for this to sound "complete". That drives the cost up so far that it may not be a great value compared to competent bookshelf or entry level component systems. It works most of the time. When it freaks out and the remote stops working, you just unplug the power and plug it back in to get it working again. I don't mind having it, but it does not wow me in any way. My bedroom bookshelf setup sounds better and cost several hundred less.

Extremely good sound, quality and pretty best in the market. Nothing compares to Bose 900 in terms of Dobly atmos. You can combine this with any of the bose bass module (I did with 500) and it works pretty well.
