Sounds bar is great….however I don’t recommend buying open box from Best Buy! Was described as “excellent” but showed up missing parts and clearly used/dirty. They clearly do not check returns before reselling them like they claim they do because this should have been marked as fair and I could have saved over $100!!

Installed, but haven't fine tuned it yet. It sounds great out of the box. Excellent for clarity of speech watching movies and TV.

Love the product, upgraded from the 500 to the 900 and couldnt be more happier. The top speakers of the 900 throw sound that makes it an obvious upgrade and enhancment from the 500 soundbar.

I wanted to wait before I gave the Bose 900 a review. It’s been 2 weeks and I can’t believe it. Coming from the Bose 700, I didn’t expect a large difference. But holy cow, there’s a massive difference! The sound quality, depth, crispness all of it is unreal! I couldn’t be happier!

The sound this soundbar produces is amazing. The app however is pretty glitchy. I just removed the app from my phone and that seemed to stop the glitches with airplay. Been using this for podcasts, music, and movies and so happy I got this.

When the sound bar works its great. Unfortunately, Bose needs to work more with TV manufactures and their program to communicate better. When watching sitcoms on HBO Max where the commercials normally would be, there is a momentary lapse and the soundbar goes into a standby mode. Frustrating. The info sent with the Soundbar does not even mention the 900 model. Very poor for a company like Bose who demands additional cost for their products. Come on folks, your charging customers for a top notch product and providing a third rate product with poor to no installation documentation. Please do something with your programming instead of finding an accuse to find my review as poor.

The sound is great especially in a large open area of the house. Only complaint is when streaming music it just shuts off.

It's rare that something designed specifically for sound, looks better than it sound. And it sounds great!!!

Outstanding depth of sound. The soundbar alone has amazing sound. The sound comes from all directions. The clarity is unmatched.

I wasn't sure what to expect but I'm so happy I went with the 900 smart soundbar. The installation was so easy and the sound is spectacular, I highly recommend to anybody that want high quantity sound.

Best in its class and sound is so powerful without a subwoofer that tou can mot even imagine

Sound is great. I did have some initial issues setting up the soundbar with ARC. Unplugging my TV and the soundbar fixed the problem though. The setup does take some time to complete. Other than that it worked as advertised.

I’ve had this over 3 months now with the Bose bass module these hooked together is a great experience. This bad boy sure does get loud and still remains clear. This sound bar, Bose ear buds & Bose in my truck. I’m very well pleased with their products.

Sounds great better than the old one piece reverberating sound

I purchased the for my camper because when i am watching tv u have to turn the way up to get over the spund pf the ac unit. So this projects it out and is perfect and sounds amazing.

This has been easy to setup this soundbar the sound is very powerful it has up my home theater game completely it sounds like I’m in a movie theater

First sound bar an I’m loving it , this paired wit bass module is amazing already had 3 knocks on the back door due to bass rattling neighbors pictures on wall lol wondering if I need surround speakers hmmm review to come later in 2022

I love using technology to my advantage and this item definitely makes my life better listening a perfectly sound. Connected with Alexa.

good thing i return the jbl13000x instead i chose the bose sound bar 900 when comes to music and dialogue i rate this first then the sonos arc
