crystal clear sound. Now i can understand what people are saying, instead of those cheap tv speakers in the back of my television.

It has been a terrible experience. This Soundbar 900 never connected to the app, so I never got the full benefit out of it. Very often, when I turn the TV on, it doesn't connect, and I have to reset either the TV or the soundbar. The sound quality is great, but since I can connect it to the app, I can't change it to movie mode, etc. This soundbar has so much technology in it that it conflicts with itself. Do not recommend it to buy it, it's very complicated. Oh unfortunately I bought it open box maybe that's the problem. Bose was never to fix the problem. unfortunately, I Did not give it the attention that I should when it was still under warranty.

I’ve had this over 3 months now with the Bose bass module these hooked together is a great experience. This bad boy sure does get loud and still remains clear. This sound bar, Bose ear buds & Bose in my truck. I’m very well pleased with their products.

Love it! It sounds great and looks great too! At first we thought it was low quality but we just needed to play with the settings and its amazing

I wasn't sure what to expect but I'm so happy I went with the 900 smart soundbar. The installation was so easy and the sound is spectacular, I highly recommend to anybody that want high quantity sound.

First sound bar an I’m loving it , this paired wit bass module is amazing already had 3 knocks on the back door due to bass rattling neighbors pictures on wall lol wondering if I need surround speakers hmmm review to come later in 2022

although this is an open box... the price and quality are excellent.....this store is great for its customer service and products.

Sounds bar is great….however I don’t recommend buying open box from Best Buy! Was described as “excellent” but showed up missing parts and clearly used/dirty. They clearly do not check returns before reselling them like they claim they do because this should have been marked as fair and I could have saved over $100!!

Outstanding depth of sound. The soundbar alone has amazing sound. The sound comes from all directions. The clarity is unmatched.

Installed, but haven't fine tuned it yet. It sounds great out of the box. Excellent for clarity of speech watching movies and TV.

Good product , nice sound and beat features in the sound bar

The sound is great especially in a large open area of the house. Only complaint is when streaming music it just shuts off.

I purchased the for my camper because when i am watching tv u have to turn the way up to get over the spund pf the ac unit. So this projects it out and is perfect and sounds amazing.

The sound bar sounds great by itself, but I decided to get the bass module and surround speakers for the sound bar. What a difference if you want the full home theater experience. Music sounds fantastic also. Enjoying the purchase so far.

Very good soundbar. Sound is very good but is short on performance compared to Bose 700 soundbar. However this does have upward firing speakers for ATMOS and supports more sound formats than 700. Highly recommend Bose 700 base module paring.

It's rare that something designed specifically for sound, looks better than it sound. And it sounds great!!!

I love using technology to my advantage and this item definitely makes my life better listening a perfectly sound. Connected with Alexa.

Awesome product!!! I highly recommend this one and all the surround products that you can get. I’m running the 900 series sound bar with two 700 series subs . All in the rear are the 500 series surround speakers. Amazing is all I can say!!!!

I love the immersive sound experience. The dialogue is crisp and clear and sounds like I am in a theatre. I have a old Samsung 2016 TV so I haven’t yet experienced Dolby atmos but even without it , it’s like I am experience it. Can’t wait to get a new TV.

good thing i return the jbl13000x instead i chose the bose sound bar 900 when comes to music and dialogue i rate this first then the sonos arc
