Geek Squad technician

The other technicians were good as well, but never followed up on repeat promises of call/text anytime. Chris made sure that we all were on the same page when the final correct Soundbar was delivered and installed. Sadly, there is a real misconnection between phone operators and scheduling technicians at Best Buy. Chis is the consummate Best Buy employee that gets the job done! Well done Chris!

Great dialogue clarity.

The first one had an issue with the ARC connection. I tried all the troubleshooting hints but could not fix it. Returned & bought a Sonos. Did not have the clarity of the Bose. Returned that & bought the Bose Ultra 900 to give it another try. Hope this one lasts more than 2 weeks.
